Providing & laying plain cement concrete/ Reinforced Cement Concrete in foundations/ leveling course including form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement complete as per drg. And MORT&H specifications sections 1500, 1700 and 2100. PCC M-15

PILE FOUNDATION Bored cast-in-situ M35 grade R.C.C. pile excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000m. (Pile diameter-1200 mm)

Providing & laying concrete for reinforced concrete in pile cap complete as per drawing and Technical Specification M-35 grade

Dismantling of Reinforced Concrete Pile head in present and in direction of Engineer in Charge.

Carrying out Pile Load Testing upto specified load on 1200mm dia RCC Pile, Carrying test by Kentladge method and test conducted as per IS : 2911 Part-4 :2013, including Labour charges with Truss/Girder for installation, H/jack & pump & calibreted gauges and will be submitted 2-copy of test report. Conducting initial load test by kentledge method, preparation of pile head and submission of test report in 2 copies as per IS-2911 part IV i/c all arrangement, safe load 300 tonne and total load is 750 ton.

Conducting routine vertical load test by kentledge method, preparation of pile head and submission of test report in 2 copies as per IS-2911 part IV i/c all arrangement, safe load 300 tonne and total load is 50 ton.

Conducting lateral load test as per IS-2911 part IV

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT, HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe500 grade in foundation complete as per drawing, Technical Specification Sections 1000 and 1600 for all heights, leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer. Fe500

Providing and Constructing Temporary lsland 12 m diameter for construction of pile foundation, including with removal with proper disposal etc.

Providing and laying of Filter media of thickness not less than 600mm complete asper drawing, TechnicalSpecification Section 2500 and as directed by Engineer behind abutment, wing wall and return wall.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete / Prestrssed Cement Concrete for solid slab super-structure complete including slab of box cell underpasses /cattle crossings as per drawing, Technical Specification Sections 1500,1700 and2300 for all heights lifts and leads for following grades of concrete and as directed by Engineer. Providing & laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 tph type producing 75 tonnes per hour using crushed bitumen aggregate @4.25 % Total mix with filler by weight with heating mixing of aggregate the hot mix to work site with hyd. Paver finisher to the level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled As per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 507 in 50mm thickness.

Providing & laying bituminous Concrete with 100-120 tph hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.60 % of mix and filler ,transported to site , laid Over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the Over a Previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the B required grade ,level and alignment and rolling by power roller to achieve the desire compaction ,including cost of tack coat ,most 509 in 40mm thickness.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen percolated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.

Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, center to center spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
