Providing electrical maintenance staff round the clock and T&P required for the period of one year for repair maintenance & operation of all type of electrical fixtures, fans, pumps, DG set, electrical panel, feeder pillar, cable network and other accessories ( as per list enclosed) installed at APMC office and Fish Poultry & Egg Market committee Gazipur. The minor items like fuse wire, insulation tape roll, Soap, Surf, Dhoti, Duster etc shall be provided by the contractor free of cost. The minimum staff to be deployed by the contractor shall be as under: a. Electrician – 01 no b. DG/Pump operator – 02 nos c. Helper – 01 no

Operation &Comprehensive annual maintenance contract of following installations i/c repair/ replacement of all major / minor parts. The mobile oil for periodic service/maintenance shall also be provided by the contractor.

Booster pump 40 HP with control panel.

Booster pumps 15.00 HP with control panel.

Vacuum pump of 1.00 HP with control panel

Sewage sub. pumps Capacity 12.00 HP with control panel.(Make-KSB).

Repair / Rewinding of ceiling fan / wall fan/ including replacement of bearing, capacitor, shaft etc. as req.

Repair/ Rewinding of exhaust fan including replacement of bearing capacitor, shaft etc as req.

Repair/ Rewinding of bracket fan i/c replacement of bearing etc as required.

Taking out of defective submersible pumpset from the borewellalong with all pipes,submersible cable etc from a depth of Approx 30 mtrs as required.

Installation of submersible pumpset in the borewell along with all pipes,submersible cable etc at a depth of Approx 40 mtrs as required.required.

Providing the FLC machine on rent basis to find out the pin point position of faulty underground armoured cable in existing cable network at site complete etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of 50 mm dia GI (Heavy duty class)pipe in 3 mtr lengths with welded flanges at both ends ,nuts bolts ,water proof gasket etc as reqd. Make-Jindal Hissar

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface etc as required

Supplying of following genuine & approved ISI marked material as and when required during contract period of one year. The price should be inclusive of all taxes, cartage etc. and should be valid for one year
