Dismantling/disconnecting all the glycol connection of CHS motors draining all the glycol from the over head tank including glycol in the pipes filtered the unserviceable glycol in the Brls and put muddy glycol in the tank dug away from the CHS Plant. Descaling all the glycol pipes/Heating Pipe with water and mixture of acid (20 % acid and 80% water)remove all the mud particles By making suitable drain in the pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix cast iron gun metal butterfly valve of size 100/125 mm dia with CI drilled flanged ends (integrally cast) class PN-I.6, conforming to IS : 13095 / BS: 5155 with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel non rising type including jointing material complete such as rubber or fibre board insertion packing rings with requisite numbers of nuts, bolts & washers etc including taking out existing unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Cleaning of MS diesel storage tanks of capacity up to 10000 ltrs by removing of sludge from tank and scraping the side walls by means of wire brush or emery paper and wash the same with caustic soda and clear water and painting the internal walls with two coats of black rubber immersion paint and painting the complete tank from out side with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of MS overhead Glycol storage tank of any capacity including all type of T&P and chemical required for the same, including welding work to leakage surface including opening and refixing the existing insulating materials to the external surfaces of the tank.

S&F in replacement PVC flexible copper multistranded wire 3 core of 6 Sqmm , complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing to radiator units of capacity 4500 Kcal/hr/ 3000 K Cal/hr wall/ floor mounted type, cleaning and descaling the radiator with acid mixed with water etc adjusting the inlet outlet valves, including PVC Pipe , union and wall valves whichever is reqd arresting the leakage if any, every two months servicing to inner units all as directed.

Servicing to fan coil units of capacity 4500 Kcal/hr/ 3000 K Cal/hr wall/ floor mounted type, cleaning the filter , top grill, side panels, copper tube aluminium finned coil, centrifugal fan etc adjusting the inlet outlet valves, including PVC Pipe , union and wall valves whichever is reqd arresting the leakage if any, every two months servicing to inner units all as directed.

Supply, installation testing FCU unit heating cap 3000/4500 K Cal/hr including motor and accessories including disconnecting unserviceable FCU Wall/floor mounted complete with Top grill, ABS(Plastic)casing,3 speed motor wall mounted bracket inlet out let manifold, complete all as specified and as directed. Make Western/Universal.

Dismantling/disconnecting all the electrical and pipe connection from the unserviceable Glycol circulating motor of 7.5/5 HP . Taking the motor to the authorised workshop at leh winding the same with copper wire of same size and turns including varnishing . shifting the same to the installation and fixing at the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
