Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu leveling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size)

1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Filling in depression with cement brick aggregate concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm size broken brick aggregate including compacting, curing etc., all complete upto Floor V level.

Providing and laying brick masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 at all lifts with well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints and including dismantling the existing brick work, disposing the dismantled debris within 2 kms lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 110mm thick (plus or minus 5mm) brick work in Cement Mortar 1:4 using well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints etc., and including dismantling the existing brickwork, disposing the dismantled debris within 2 Kms lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 110mm thick WIRE CUT Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:4 using Wire cut bricks including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints etc., and including dismantling the existing brickwork, disposing the dismantled debris within 2 Kms lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4; 20mm thick using 10mm and below size hard broken stones including dismantling the damaged portion of existing floor/dadoo, preparation of surface, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth, providing dividing strips, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places as shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Kota stone work of 20-25mm thick polished, (premoulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations or required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including dismantling the existing IPS/Mosaic platform / dadoo, disposal of debris, rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, polishing the surface etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note: The Kota stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.]

For Kitchen platforms using Single piece of length upto 1.20 mtr.

Providing and fixing beading at the ends of platform to arrest water fall by cutting the Kota stone slab of size 25 to 40mm wide, rounding the edges, polishing and fixing to the platform with necessary metal paste including finishing the surfaces etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Polishing the existing cudappah shelves in Cupboards and dining, kitchen at all lifts with one coat of wax polishing of approved make and colour including preparation of surfaces by scrapping with suitable tools or suitable grade of sand paper, cleaning the surface dust free for applying the polish, disposing the scrapped debris, cost of all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Repolishing the Mosaic flooring and skirting with medium and fine polishing using 120 to 150 and 320 to 400 grit corborundam stones with the use of floor polishing machine/Hand polishing including washing thoroughly with soap powder and wax polishing, etc., as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P using CM 1:3 etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water proofing treatment at sunken portion of toilet, utility, bathroom etc,. with two coat of two component highly flexible polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) or equivalent including preparation of surface free from dust/oil/grease, sealing the UPVC sleeve pipes using non shrink grout mortar over bonding coat using SBR chemicals and sealing the joints with polyester fleece along the periphery of UPVC pipes, appling two coat of water proofing etc,. all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface preparation: The surface to receive water proof treatment shall be cleaned to make sure that the surface free from dust, dirt, laitance, debris, loose mortars, oil particles etc., which may negatively affect the adhesion of water proof treatment with mother concrete surface. Sealing bore hole gap around the sleeve pipes: The gap around the pipe shall be filled with non shrink grout mortar of make FAB chemicals (Mixgrout NS) or equivalent and providing necessary slurry tight form work to enveloping the pipe with a bead of 6 to 8mm and 5mm above the surface level along with a sealer coat of make FAB chemical (Mixprime AC100) or equivalent and seal with saturated polyester fleece all along the periphery of pipes. Water proof treatment: Providing and applying two coats of two component Highly elastomeric flexible polymer modified cementitious cold applied water proof coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) over the prepared surface to cover complete area, finishing etc. Extend the coating up to a minimum of 300mm height to the adjoining wall as per manufacturer specification.

(Note:- 1) All the sunken portion shall be tested for the water leaking before and after treatment by filling with water for 24hours and grouting shall be carried out if any leakage found. 2) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. 3) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.)

Repairs to internal/ external plastering over brick work/ concrete at all locations and all lifts using Polymer modified cement repair mortar including preparing the surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, filling/plastering with polymer modified repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, curing, cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm average thickness - Plain plaster

Providing and fixing PVC nozzle for grouting by drilling/chipping the concrete surface including removing weathering course/tiles if required, fixing the nozzle, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Arresting of roof leakages by pressure grouting with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound including cost of material, grouting with pump and finishing to match with the surface after grouting at all elevations and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Arresting the leakages in the floor and wall joints in bathroom/toilet/ all rooms by chipping the joints upto 20 to 30mm deep and grouting with cement mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% (two percent) by weight of cement including finishing the surface, disposing the debris at suitable places, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Ceramic floor tiles (Glazed or Anti-skid) of size 300x300 mm or more confirming to IS : 15622 of KAJARIA (Approved concept of Digital Series) or SOMANY (Digital Series - Glasstra) or JOHNSON (Approved concept of Satin & Rustic / Glossy series) or approved equivalent make in all colours, shades in Floors laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including dismantling the existing insitu mosaic or terrazzo tile flooring, preparation of surface, grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, curing, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Kms lead, etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Glazed ceramic wall tiles of size 300x450 mm or more of approved concept series confirming to IS 15622 of 'KAJARIA (Digital Series) or JOHNSON (Satin &Rustic / Glossy series)] or SOMANY or other approved make in all colours and shades in Skirting, Risers of steps and Dados laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm or by using Cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) or other approved tile adhesive including providing Motiff tiles as per approved concept, pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade, chipping the existing insitu mosaic / plastering or cuddappah stone dadoo, preparation of surface, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Rigid PVC nosing of approved quality and colour at the corners of Ceramic tiles dadooing including finishing all complete as directed and as per specifications.

Providing Half Round Edge Moulding to 16-18mm thick marble / Granite or 20-25mm thick Kota stone counters, vanities, sills, etc. including machine polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer - in – charge.

Removing unconditioned existing MS gate (Single leaf) from the Brick pillars without damaging the gate and refixing the same by making pocket holes near the hold fast portion and packing with CC 1:2:4 mix and finishing to the existing surfaces etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position of Mortar Bund of size 50x40mm (upto 1.00 metre length) in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 sand) at sill level of doors including dismantling the existing bund, disposing the debris, making exposed surfaces smooth with cement slurry, curing, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing Marble / Granite work gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. (Note: The marble/Granite stones slab shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Granite - Ruby red/Jet Black (16 - 18mm thick)

(Note: Exposed area will only be measured for payment.)

Supplying and fixing 20mm to 25mm thick both side polished Kota stone slabs for kitchen shelves, tumbler slabs etc., including cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Kota stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order)

Supplying and fixing 20mm to 25mm thick both side polished cuddapah stone slabs for Shelves in Cupboard/Wardrobe/Shoe rack, tumbler slabs etc., including removing the existing wooden tiers, fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cudappah stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order)

Providing and fixing 14-16mm thick table rubbed White Agaria Marble Stone slab of following size and fixed in shelves, above wash basin, bath, etc., including cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter, embedding (min 50mm) the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 or white cement, finished smooth, rounding the exposed edges, polishing, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Size of the slabs indicated are the exposed area of shelves i.e., excluding embedded area.)

Labour charges for rectifying the leakages in various types of quarters in Toilet by chipping out the floor concrete exposing the concealed P/S trap of IWC/EWC pan or Nahani trap and rectifying the leakages in joints with CM 1:2 mixed with approved quick setting compounds at 2% by weight of cement including chipping out the floor, concrete, brick wall, brick bat etc., making holes in masonry, reconstructing the same, disposal of debris within a lead of 2 Kms, cost of cement required for the work etc., all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. (Note: Cost of floor finishing such as Mosaic / Tiles etc., will be paid extra under relevant item.)

Labour charges for rectifying the sunken slab leakages in various types of quarters in Bath Room / Kitchen by chipping out the floor concrete exposing the concealed Nahni trap and rectifying the leakages in joints with CM 1:2 mixed with approved quick setting compound at 2% by weight of cement including chipping out the floor, concrete etc., making holes in masonry, reconstructing the same, disposal of debris within a lead of 2 Kms, cost of cement required for the work etc., all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cost of floor finishing such as Mosaic / Tiles etc., will be paid extra under relevant item)

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound, providing Glass fibre mesh, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing best quality Stainless Steel sink without Drain board of overall size 610 x 510mm (Bowl depth 200mm) of make 'NIRALI / PRAYAG' or other approved equivalent make of 1mm thick Stainless Steel grade AISI-304 (18/8) as per IS-14283, including fixing over opening in RCC slab of platform or supplying and fixing CI bracket pair and placing the sink over the platform/bracket to correct line and level, basket type choke stop stainer, waste coupling with check nuts, providing flexible hose from waste coupling to Nahani trap or Waste line, finishing the platform surface with white cement or other approved grouting materials etc., all complete as per IS-14283 specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing best quality Stainless Steel sink with Drain board of overall size 1040 x 510mm (Bowl depth 200mm) of make 'NIRALI / PRAYAG' or other approved equivalent make of 1mm thick Stainless Steel grade AISI-304 (18/8) as per IS-13983, including fixing over opening in RCC slab of platform or supplying and fixing CI bracket pair and placing the sink over the platform/bracket to correct line and level, basket type choke stop stainer, waste coupling with check nuts, connecting the waste coupling to Nahani trap or Waste line using 40mm OD PVC pipe, finishing the platform surface with white cement or other approved grouting materials etc., all complete as per IS-13983 specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note: Cost of 40mm OD PVC pipe will be paid for separately unde relevant item.]

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3; 20mm thick including supplying and mixing of water proofing compound of approved make at the rate of 2% (Two percent) by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer including finishing smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, scaffolding, curing, etc., all complete at all lifts as per specification.

Painting all internal faces of ceiling with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty wherever required to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

(Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with Two coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster / plain plaster with Two Coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of makeAsian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing).

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.

Painting for wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make including preparing the surface for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.

Painting for window grills/ shutters/ gates with one coat of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour and make including preparation of surfaces for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, labour, scaffolding, etc., all complete as per specifications.

Painting doors, windows and grills with One coats of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and colour at all lifts including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, preparing the surfaces for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing etc., as per specification.

Polishing the staircase handrails and other wooden areas at all lifts with two coats of French polish/Touch wood of approved make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping with suitable tools or with suitable grade of sand paper, cleaning the surface dust free for applying the polish, disposing the scrapped debris, applying sealer, suitable filler materials wherever required, cost of all materials, labour etc., all complete as per specification.

Applying anti-termite chemical for new wooden frames of windows / doors/ ventilators by spraying or brushing with two coats of Dursphan / Durmat or other approved equivalent make of anti-termite chemical at the ratio of 1:19 [one part of chemical and 19 parts of kerosene] over the wood and contact masonry surface, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Numbering the houses by writing letters/ numbers/ symbols with enamel (Marker) paint of approved colour on the face of the wall/ Display Boards using templates and stencil cutting, including base painting, cost of materials, labours, scaffolding, applying wall care putty wherever required to making surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

75mm size letters of approved font - maximum three digit letters in each.

Dismantling Plain cement concrete/Brick bat coba at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all lifts including clearing and depositing the debris within a distance of 100 metres all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Tile work in floors, walls and roofs laid in CM upto 25mm thick including removal of tiles, stacking as directed, disposal of debris within a initial lead of 100m, etc., all complete.

Dismantling of 15mm to 40mm dia G.I /PVC pipe upto floor V level including scaffolding, removing the pipes and fittings without causing any damage to existing stock pipes, stacking of retrieved pipes at Departmental stores, etc., all complete as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth / Debris by collecting, loading, transporting by mechanical means and unloading them at places as shown by the Department within a lead specified below and levelling, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Upto 1 Km or part thereof

Replacing the existing wood work by supplying, manufacturing and fixing of Teakwood frames and architraves for doors, windows, ventilators, etc., made out of best quality Class-II teakwood scantlings with necessary holdfast / anchor fasteners, wooden plugs and screws for fixing it to the various openings including removing the old door frame/shutter with all fittings, refixing the shutter to the new frame, finishing the sides with plastering white/colour washing to match with existing surface, painting the new wood with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc., and returning the retrieved old materials to GSO civil maintenance stores, etc., all complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Wardrobe shutters of single/double leaves made out of 8mm thick Cement bonded particle board of `Bison Panel' or approved equivalent make panels with second class teak wood frame of size 40x40 mm alround with lock rail of size 40x32 mm at the centre for each leaf including removing the old damaged shutter and returning the damaged shutter to GSO stores etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of factory made Solid PVC foam door frame of approved make with suitable rebate for shutters (Profile FP-6030) including the joints shall be mitred & Jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm and made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwik / solvent, fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia. & length anchor fastener including removing the existing damaged door frame stacking at GSO stores, finishing the door and wall joints using CM 1:5 plaster to match with existing surface and painting with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf Factory made flush door shutter of 25mm thickness of PVC integral foam sheet of make M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour for flush door shutter including providing recessions for hinges, fixing with following fittings over the door frame using required fasteners, finishing all edges with mixture of PVC powder & solvent for smooth finish, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
