(A) CIVIL WORKS, 1) EARTHWORKS:- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass bushes,shrubs,sapling and trees girth up to 300 mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials (C) By mechanical means in area of light jungle.

Providing and fixing Boundary stone as per I.R.C. design including painting, carving lettering etc. complete. (ii) Fixing in C.C. 1:5:10 etc.all completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour, machinery for Excavation of foundation upto 1.5 m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff within the campus for all lead, all lift/ depth and back filling in foundations, the trenches, plot filling, plinth filling with excavated material (excluding hard rock and black cotton soil) including ramming, watering, compacting any where from the site/ campus etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. - Any type of soil or rock not requiring Blasting.

Providing material and labour for Excavation of foundation from 1.5 mt to 3.0 mt depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff with in the campus for all lead, all lift/ depth and back filling foundations, the trenches, plot filling, plinth filling with excavted material (excluding hard rock and black cotton soil) anywhere from the site/ campus etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge. - Any type of soil or rock not requiring Blasting.

Providing material and labour for Excavation of foundation from 3.0 mt to 4.5 mt depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff within the campus for all lead, all lift/ depth and back filling in foundations, the trenches, plot filling, plinth filling with excavated material (excluding hard rock and black cotton soil) including ramming, watering, compacting any where from the site/ campus etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. - Any type of soil or rock not requiring Blasting.

Providing and Filling in plinth with River Sand under floors, pits etc.obtained from outside, including watering, ramming well, consolidating and dressing etc. complete for all lead and lift/ depth as directed by engineer in charge. (For Sand pit only for Children Play area).

Granular Sub Base Construction - Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded crushed stone aggregate, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with maual or motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller or baby roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) - Grading II. The agency shall have to get the mix design done from approved laboratory and submit to the Engineer in charge for Approval.

Providing and laying rubble soling in foundation, in plinth and for plinth protection, compacted thickness specified as following, using specified size of hard stones, filling, covering and leveling the surface with a layer of sand after filling the voids (upto 25%) with smaller sized black trap stones 20-40mm, 40-63mm, 63-90, 90-150mm size of stone/metals or stone chips, including watering, ramming well and consolidating each layer by static roller/ vibratory roller of required capacity as directed by Engineer-in charge. 1) 150mm to 200mm compacted thickness using minimum 100mm cut size stones

Supplying and laying of ISO and CE certified HDPE Geocells, of weld distance 445mm and depth 100mm of polymer density minimum 0.935 g/cm3 as per ASTM D 1505, sheet thickness minimum 1.25mm as per ASTM D 5199, impregnated with carbon black of minimum 2% as per ASTM D 1603 with 10 mm diameter perforation, not exceeding 12% of total cell area and rhomboidal texturing over the entire strip on both side, with environmental stress crack resistance greater than 5000 hour as per ASTM D 1693 and seam peel strength of 1065 N for 100 mm depth as per ISO 13426 Method B and other parameters as per specifications, along with transportation, J hook (epoxy coated), PP tendons, cable ties, anchor trench cutting, pebbles and weeds are handpicked. The soil is rolled with a roller. Soil should be 5 pH quality (if soil quality is not 5 pH, then media to be used to keep soil quality at 5 pH) and 25% vermin compost to be used for media and infill for 125 mm and including cutting and filling as per required slope with available soil within work site but the payment of garden soil will be paid separately and including all complete with required material and machinery and as per design and drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier on the top surface of plinth filling, inside junction of wall and floor, on top of damp proof course (DPC) or on masonry at level of plinth filling as per IS 6313 (Part-2)-1981 using chemical like chloropyripos emulsifiable, Biflex TC, lindane (IS 8944-1978) 20EC mixed with water in 1:19 ratio (1 litre chemical : 19 litres of water). The emulsion shall mentioned below, all as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Plinth area in plan at GF shall only be measured and paid. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished. Rate shall be inclusive of material required for Anti Termite Treatment and labour and equipments required for applying all etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. A1) Bottom surface and the sides of the excavation made for masonry foundations at the rate of 4 litres/sq m (wherever applicable) A2) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the backfill at the depth of 500mm below the original ground level. The soil in the immediate contact with the vertical surface of RCC column/ Masonry shall be treated. B) Top surface of the plinth filling including damp proof courses at the rate of 5 liter/sq m of internal plinth area etc. complete. C) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the internal vertical surface from original Ground level to top of the earth filled in the plinth. D) At the rate of 7.5 litre/ sq m to the external vertical surface below finished Ground level to the full depth of the filling complete. E) 1 litre / linear meter along the junction of wall and floor at all stages.

2. CONCRETE WORKS:- Providing and laying in position machine mixed, machine batch, machine vibrated design mix plain cement concrete (PCC) of M20 grade using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 (fine aggregates shall be combination of natural river white sand plus manufactured sand) with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 (whichever is higher), Exposure of work site in severe, including all necessary dewatering, casting in panels of any size and thickness wherever necessary, to shape and depth as specified at all locations and with all leads and lift/depth, compaction, vibration, curing, transporting and pumping/ boom placer wherever necessary including the cost of form work (if required) and removal of formwork etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position machine mixed, machine batch, machine vibrated design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work of specified grade using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 (fine aggregates shall be combination of natural river white sand plus manufactured sand) with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 (whichever is higher), Exposure of work site in severe, for all elements of any shape and size, at all places and heights/ depths including laying of concrete, vibrating, finishing and curing etc. and including Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of providing grooves, drip moulds, ghisis, pockets, cutouts etc. and labour for insert sleeves if any wherever required while casting. Rate also to include lift charges and scaffolding for all heights / depths from FFL / GL. excluding the cost of reinforcement. c) M25 grade of RCC

Extra for Colour Concrete : Extra over concrete for providing and adding colour pigment as admixture of approved make and shade as per manufacturer's specification in specified grade of plain/ reinforced cement concrete for any type of element as per drawing and as approved by Architect and as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be for actual volume of concrete cast with colour pigment.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates/ manufacured sand satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Boring in all sorts of strata, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of garde M-30 laying in position machine mixed, machine batch, machine vibrated design mix cement concrete/ ready mix concrete for reinforced cement concrete work of specified grade using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 (whichever is higher), Exposure of work site in severe, mix design shall only prepared by Govt. laboratory must approved from Engineer-in-charge before starting execution, of specified diameter and length below pile cap, including transporting by transit mixer for any lead having continuous agitated mixer, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with adequet machinery as per requirement of site condition, including preparing plateform for boring etc. and removing the same after completion of work, boring of pile bulbs of given numbers in drawing, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. complete, including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads, including the cost of boring with bentonite/ polymer solution, use of tremie pipe, including chipping of overflow concrete and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap/plinth beam). (ii) 350mm Dia Pile

Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding (with 18 SWG -1.22 mm GI wire) and placing in position complete for all floors, all levels, all heights/ depth complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing fusion bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175 micron thickness and upto 300 micron to reinforcement bars of any diameteer as per IS-13620-1993/ ASTM-775 M including testing of coating at plant and all taxes etc complete as directed by engineer ion charge.

Providing & Fixing Sil Flex - (Capcell HD 100) Premoulded Compressible Filler Board of 40mm thickness in black colour, manufactured by The Supreme Industries Limited, conforming to MORTH specification (clause 1015), having minimum density 95 Kg/Cum, Non Staining with less than 1% water absorption & compression recovery of 93% minimum as per specifications. including cutting to required size and shape, at all levels / all floors / all heights, etc. complete, as per drawings / specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and filling the expansion joints, with polysulphide sealant / exterior grade PU sealant with application of primer including scraping / removing the expansion filler materials from joints, cleaning, repaing of the edges with epoxy mortar of approved color and make, placing of backup material (polyethylene baker rod of Supreme), fixing of abro tapes on the edges to prevent the adjoining surface, at all levels/ all floors / all height etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. The contractor should furnish a performance guarantee of 10 years against leakage, debonding from the edges. Size of expansion joint 40mm x 12 mm

Providing weep holes in Plain/ Reinforced concrete/ Masonry abutment/ compound wall/ return wall with 110 mm dia PVC pipe of 6kg/cm2 covered with non woven geo-synthetic filter upto half lenth of pipe and dia of pipe, with proper slope and filling the same with "No fine concrete" and finishing the same as per surrounding, including scaffolding, cutting and reinforcement bars, curing etc. complete as per direction.

Providing wet drilling accurate and clean holes of UPTO 152mm clear diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) machine of HILTI or equivalent including scaffolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning for all levels/ all height as per structural consultant's drawing, after approval of engineer in charge etc compete. Measurement will be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorised approved agency.

3. FORM WORK:- FRP Shuttering/Approved Shuttering for Exposed Concrete Finish only: Extra for Providing and installing centering and shuttering for specified architectural elements with pattern in new FRP moulding to give exposed quality fair finish coloured concrete in vertical casting manner, including strutting, propping, bracing to give fair/ smooth finish using best quality FRP mould (new) and supported with necessary MS adjustable steel props, H frames with bracing, adjustable spans, etc. including removal of forms for all heights and all level etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. FRP mould shall be produced according to concept drawing/ design given by architect. Shop drawing/ shuttering pattern drawing shall be produced by contractor based on concept drawing. FRP mould shall be approved before use for casting the RCC elements. One cast element also to be approved by Architect before execution of mass works. Surface area of elements shall be considered for payment. d) For bollard

f) For Retaining wall above D-Wall, -Providing and fixing specialized form work having Birch plywood Sweza or equivalent make with MS framing and bracing with connecting rivets to produce exposed finish concrete, additinal rate for centering, shuttering, strutting, staging, propping bracing, etc. complete including its removal at all levels, for wall of all thickness.

4. MASONRY WORK:- Providing and laying brick work using common burnt clay conventional building bricks conforming to IS 1077-1992 having compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/cm2 in any shape and thickness including finishing, curing, scaffolding in cement mortar 1:5. (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand, whire river sand) complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. I) In Foundation & Plinth

Providing and laying brick work using common burnt clay conventional building bricks conforming to IS 1077-1992 having compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/cm2 in any shape and thickness including finishing, curing, scaffolding in cement mortar 1:5. (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand, whire river sand)) complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. II) In Superstructure above plinth level

5. DOOR - WINDOW WORKS:- Providing and fixing in position frames/ shutter for any type of aluminium work like aluminium door, composite door-window, window (sliding, openable, side hung, top hung, fixed etc.), casement window, aluminium partition, aluminium fixed louvers, fixed window with any type of aluminium sections of make Jindal/ Indal/ Hindalco as per approved make having minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coating of approved shade, texture & colour of approved make for all floors/ all levels/ all heights/ all shapes/ all sizes including cutting, bending, crimping, fabricating in best workmanship manner etc as per the drawing, specification and as directed by Architect or Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium sections (conventional sections for partition and wooden flush doors and Euro-profile for casement window-door/ sliding windows -doors), cutting, fabrication, erection and fixing to the best workmanship manner, including, 1) Sheet metal screws and casted solid aluminum corner cleats fixed with external byttins with a spring for rapid and secure joint assembly for casement and sliding shutter and frame; 2) Glazing clips for receiving infill panel; 3) Best quality wool pile where ever shutter touches the frame and compatible microwave cured EPDM rubber; 4) Dash Anchor fasteners of HILTI HRDUGT or equivalent for fixing the frame assembly to the RCC or masonry surfaces. Minimum 1 anchor fastener shall be used for every 600 mm length of section for stability of frame. 5) 10mm GI tie rod for connecting vertical stile at top and bottom for aluminum door shutter and 4mm thick solid aluminium corner cleat of full thickness of section for connecting style and horizontal rails; 6) providing and fixing packing at every 600mm c/c of average 6 mm compact sheet of width ( equal to section width less 30mm for backer rod and sealant); 7) Filling the gap between wall and frame on both sides (outside and inside ) with polyethylene baker rod of avg. 10 mm thickness of approved make and color and then sealing the remaining gap with neutral grade G/M (Glazed & Metal) weather silicon sealant of approved make and color. but excluding. 1) necessary hardware; 2) Glazing or Infill material. Shop drawing shall be prepared and got approved from the Consultants/ Architect/ EIC before procurement of material by the contractor. Work shall be carried out as per the approved shop drawings and approved sample. Actual weight of installed Aluminium sections which are visible shall only be measured and shall be considered for the payment. Contractor shall provide guarantee for stability, water tightness etc for 12 months after defects liability period.

Providing and fixing solid core flush type door shutter (non decorative) of approved manufacturer like Kit, Anchor or equivalent (Battens should be chemically treated & kiln seasoned & binding agent should be phenol phormaldihide) and of required size, as per approved drawing, design and direction. The rate shall also include external lipping of maximum size 10 mm X 42 mm thickness for single shutter and 25 mm x 42mm thickness for double shutter of seasoned teak wood equivalent to best quality Ghana teak all around and 2 coats of synthetic enamel painting including 1 coat of wood primer & lapi/ oil and water finished polishing or lacquer polishing to lipping, all as per approved drawing, design & direction, etc. complete, sample to be got approved by the Architect or Engineer-in-charge. Measurement including lipping shall be considered for payment. The flush door thickness shall be any of the following: (Marine treated). Necessary hardware like hinges, pivot, handle, tower bolts, locks etc shall be separately measured and paid in the relevant tender items. a) 35 mm thick

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Laminate sheet of approved make, texture and shade on Non decorative flush door, any ply surface etc with necessary nails, screws, adhesives as per drawings and approved sample. Laminate shall be either glossy or matt finish. The rate shall be for all heights, all floors, all places etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without considering any wastage.

Providing & fixing SS-316 grade or satin nickle plated brush finish brass butt hinge of specific size with necessary screws etc. complete of Kich or equivalent make and sample as approved by Architect and Engineer in Charge. a) 100 x 75 x 3 mm - with ball Bearing

Providing & fixing SS 316 satin (brush) finish push-pull pair of handle square/ rectangle shape in pair of Kich or equivalent with necessary screws etc. complete, as per drawing as approved by Architect and Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be for all heights, all floors and all places. a) 300 mm long x 22mm dia

Providing & fixing 150 mm D shape rod handles (minimum rod size shall be 12mm) satin nickel plated brush finish brass or SS 316 brush finish with Tikadi of EPPW or equivalent with necessary screws etc. complete as approved by Architect and Engineer-in-charge.

7. PLASTER WORKS:- Providing & laying average 20 mm thick mala finish cement plaster in two coats on internal/ external sides of masonry work / block wall / RCC wall at all heights, all shapes and all levels with 12 mm thick under coat in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand, white river sand) rough wired finish and 8 mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand, white river sand) mala finish (finished with steel trowel) including scaffolding, finishing, curing, making grooves, forming pattas and drip mould, hacking RCC surface etc. complete, as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

20mm th Sand faced Plaster Providing and Laying 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand, white river sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand, white river sand) etc. complete.

8. WATERPROOFING WORKS:- Providing & laying cement concrete flooring (avg. 100 mm thick) for grading on terrace, floor bedding etc with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand, white river sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm. nominal size) including laying Alkali resistant Glass fiber mesh (net) of 50 GSM as per manufacturer's specification and finishing with a floating coat of neat cement in proper slope as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand, white river sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand, white river sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and laying average 18mm thick double coat (water proof) smooth/ wired finish cement plaster on sides of masonry work/ block wall/ RCC wall, 12 mm thk first coat in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand, white river sand) by spraying , second coat of 6 mm of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand, white river sand) and mixing Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions in both coats, finishing the surface wired finish/ smooth finish with a floating coat of neat cement slurry at 2.75 Kg/ sqm to receive the tiles for all floors, all shapes and all height including hacking to RCC surface, scaffolding, curing etc. complete for all floor, all height as directed by engineer-in-charge. Cement slurry admixed with Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions is to be applied before each coat and final finishing coat.

9. FLOORING WORKS:- Providing material and labour for laying 25 mm thick Kota stone slabs in risers of steps, skirting, (flush with plaster) laid on average 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand, white river sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including providing 10mm wide grove between skirting and plaster, rubbing and polishing complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material. Shade of skirting must be match with flooring stone.

Providing material and labour for laying average 25mm thick machine cut semi mirror polished Green Kota stone slab of size upto 600mm in flooring over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand, white river sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of kota stone including curing, rubbing and polishing at all floors any heights, any lead and lift in any shape and pattern etc complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approved before procurement of material.

The rate includes machine cut edges of uniform thickness, curing, finishing, Fill joint with epoxy grout upto 10mm depth but not less then 5mm and protecting the flooring. Only finished work will be measured and paid. Bands of different materail as per drawing as pattern in any type of flooring shall be meausered and paid in relevent tender item . No extra payment shall be made for creating any type of bands.

Providing and laying 30mm thick Mirror Polished Granite stone (stone of required size, shape,of approved type and shade) as per the architectural drawings over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand, whire river sand) fixed with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 white river sand) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone/ stone fixing adhesive of approved make. Rate shall be inclusive of material, labor, adhesive, curing, cleaning with water jet, finishing, etc complete for all floor level and as directed by engineer in charge. Additional mortar thickness shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Providing material and labour for laying sandwich platform comprising of a) Sandwich of 18 mm thick single side polish Granite of approved size, shade and sample on top and 30 mm thick polished kota in bottom with 25mm thick cement mortar (1 cement : 4 coarse sand, whire river sand) in between b) At centre vertical sandwich supports of 30 mm thick two kota stone on sides and 20mm CM (1 cement : 4 coarse sand, whire river sand) in between and at both end walls vertical supports of 18 mm thick double side granite. c) 75 mm raised platform at bottom with kota on top and 50mm CM (1 cement : 4 coarse sand, whire river sand) at bottom, kota stone skirting as per design and approved sample. The rate includes rounding, champhering and mirror polishing of edges, facias of granite, MS support including necessary bonding adhesive (if required). Rate shall be also inclusive of curing, making holes & cutouts for sink, wash basin, Piller tap/ Bib tap but excluding the cost of MS work, plumbing fixtures ans sink. at all floors all height etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. (Only plan area shall be measured & paid for). Rate shall be included all kota & granite mentioned in above.

Providing and applying Hot deep galvanizing work confirming to IS 4579/ 2629/ 2633 with zinc of 85 micron thickness on Railing, Handrail, flag fixing sleeve pole, garbage box, Street furniture and similar works etc made from solid flat, bar, RHS, SHS, tubular hollow sections etc. as per the drawing and as instructed by engineer in charge. The rate shall include preparing the surface by shot blasting/ acid washing prior to hot deep galvanizing, labor, tools, machinery etc complete (Sample to be approved).

Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm wide M.S. laths inter-locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates, guide channels and arragements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operation including the cost of hood cover and spring etc. complete. (B) Shutters including 1 coat of Rustocap and 2 coat of Hi-Gloss / Matt Finish Metal PU Paint of approved make and shade over all the surfaces etc. as directed.

11) PAINTING WORKS:- Providing & applying 100% External Acrylic emulsion Paint of desired shed from Apex ultima of Asian, ICI or equivalent in minimum three coats (1 coat of exterior grade primer and 2 coats of paint) to give an even shade with brush on exterior sand faced plastered surfaces / mala plastered surfaces / textured surface or any surfaces at all heights including scaffolding, thoroughly brushing the surfaces with sand paper to make it free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter etc. complete as per the manufacture's specification and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The rate shall also include the cost of filler for cracks on the surfaces. (Rate shall be inclusive of minimum 1 coat of exterior grade appropriate primer).

Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint from approved make, color & shade, on newly dry interior plastered surface at all heights give an even shade, including required coats (minimum two coats) white cement based putty after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth etc. after applying every coat of putty. Priming coat of alkali resistant cement primer (water or solvent based) is to be applied on putty etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. Sample to be approved before starting of the work. The rates shall include the cost of filler for filling the cracks on surface.

Providing and applying Hydrophobic Silane - Siloxane coating of approved make, to exposed concrete surfaces at all heights & leads and wherever instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. The treatment shall be in two coats wet-on-wet or as recommended by approved manufacturer including preparation of surfaces by cleaning, curing, protecting, independent double legged scaffolding etc complete. The rate includes the cost of all materials, its application by specialized applicators by spray coating with airless sprayer, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants, double scaffolding, labour etc., all complete and at all levels, leads and heights as per particular specification & directions of engineer in charge. Guarantee Bond in the prescribed proforma shall be executed by the contractor for the satisfactory performance of the application for 5 years.

Providing and applying 400 microns thick coal tar extended epoxy resin coating to sound concrete surface after carry out surface preparation to remove loose concrete, curing compound or any other foreign material, mixing base and hardener component of Coal tar extended epoxy resin coating, apply first coat at 200 microns DFT using suitable brush or roller, allow the first coat to dry for 6 hrs at 35°C followed by application of application of second coat at 200 microns DFT in perpendicular direction to first coat etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification for all level all depth as directed by engineer incharge. Coal tar extended epoxy resin coating shall be having 100% solid contents by weight, specific gravity - 1.54 at 27°C, Curing efficiency – 93 % (BS 7542), Water absorption <0.01 % (ASTM D 570), Bond Strength: min 1 N/mm2 (BS 1881 Pt 207), Water Permeability: nil at @ 2 bars pressure over 3 months, Salt spray test: nil @ 200 microns DFT over 1000 hrs (BS 1881 Pt. 124:1988), Impact Resistance: passed (BS 3900 Pt E3) & Chemical resistance checked in accordance with ASTM D 453

12, ROOFING WORK:- Providing corrugated G.I. sheet of class-3 roofing fixed with glavanished iron J or L Hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or G.I. limpet washer. filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, Rafters and Trusses.(1) 0.80 mm thick sheet. (upto 10 ton)

Providing ridges or hips 600 mm overall in plain G.I. sheet class-3 fixed with G.I.J. or L Hooks and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bitumen washer complete. (1) 0.80 mm thick sheet.

Providing and fixing 150mm wide 450mm over all semicircular plain G.I.sheet class-3 gutter with Iron brackets 40mm x 3mm size Bolts, Nuts, washers etc. including making necessary connection with rain water pipes. (i) 0.80 mm thick Sheet.

15) ROAD WORKS:- Providing and laying of dry lean cement concrete (DLC) of M15 grade, laid over Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick and compacting the same with 8 to 10 Tone vibratory roller as per the specifications and as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer. Rate shall include cost of formwork(if any) and Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick.

Pre cast concrete kerb for liner kerbing in plan Providing & fixing M25 grade of concrete precast exposed/ fare finish/ texture finish kerb stones of Vyara and as per sample approved of any sizes, any shape. Kerbs shall be fixed on the foundation prepared of M15 grade concrete as of approved design including curing, formwork etc. complete. The rate shall also include for erecting and fixing the pieces in position for complete Kerb systems with Chamfered type of kerbs including necessary accessories of kerb like Radius Kerbs, Angles and Quadrant Kerbs etc complete as per drawing. The rate shall also include the flush pointing in CM (1:2) for all joints of the kerbstones. (Sample must be approved). The contractor rate shall also include the cost of excavation, base PCC M15 grade and finish good, curing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be unit of One Cum.

15. (B) GENERAL DEVELOPMENT WORKS:- Paver Block Laying Colored/ Grey 60mm thk, M-35 Grade Providing and laying shot blasted Non- interlocking, Grey/ Colored brick type paver blocks of 60 mm thick M-35 grade machine made and blasting by automatic shot blasting machine and high density of as per approved sample of Vyara, Alcock, Super, Nishu for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Including providing and laying 50 to 80 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below paver block as per required grading and specification. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only. It should be laid in such a way that the no cutting of the paver block to be necessary. If cutting of paver block shall be required, than cut by machine only and laying to be done by skilled flooring mason. The Finished surface of the Paver Block shall have Coarse Sand Texture Finish. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without any wastage.

Paver Block Laying Colored/ Grey 80mm thk, M-45 Grade Providing and laying shot blasted Non- interlocking, Grey/ Colored brick type paver blocks of 80 mm thick M-45 grade machine made and blasting by automatic shot blasting machine and high density of as per approved sample of Vyara, Alcock, Super, Nishu for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. The Finished surface of the Paver Block shall have Coarse Sand Texture Finish. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. Cutting of paver block by machine cut only. Paver blocks shall be re-laid if necessary. Gap of grass/ grid paver shall be filled with average 40 mm thick mixture of garden soil, farm yard manure and sludge for lawn plantation and also including supplying and planting specified carpet lawn as required and specification. (Cost of lawn and mixture of garden soil, farm yard manure, sludge shall be paid in relevant tender item)

Providing laying (to level or slopes) and jointing reinforced concrete Light duty non-pressure pipes I.S. class NP2 of the following internal diameter with collars and butt ends prepared for collar joints including testing of joints complete.(H) 900mm (upto 10 ton)

Tree pit Providing and making tree pit as follows 1) Excavation for 1000mm x 1000mm or 1000mm dia and depth as per type of species 2) up to 750mm depth of pit shall be filled with Garden soil (good soil + manure + sludge) 3) remaining depth shall be filled with good soil 4) pesticides - using chemical emulsion at the rate of 1.5 liter per hole in two time or more application to get the trees free from termite infection chemicals used Chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ratio of 1% concentration Rate include the cost of excavation, hume pipe in two halves and placing the same, garden soli filling and good soil filling, pesticides, but exclude the cost of planting. Work shall be carried out as per drawing and as directed by architect and engineer in charge.

Tree pit cover - Providing, making & fixing tree pit cover around the tree pit, factory made exposed /fare finish precast Tree pit cover block of two halve in FRC concrete of size - 0.90Mt x 0.90Mt x 0.065mt including transporting, fixing etc. complete. The rate shall also include for erecting and fixing the pieces in position as shown in the drawing with necessary equipments without any demage. (Sample to be approved)

Garden Soil Filling:- Providing material and labour for Filling mixture of good quality garden soil obtained from outside for all lead and lift with farm yard manure and pesticides in exacavated tree pit, shrub area, lawn area including watering, ramming well, consolidating, compacting and dressing etc. complete, as directed by engineer in charge. Excavation for plantation shall be paid in revevant tender item.

Supplying and Planting with well grown Shrubs for planter of average height 3' to 4' and as per approved species and planting inexisting plater/ pits by providing and mixing FYM with soil pesticide & insecticide. Plants should be disease free and fungus free in 8"x 10" polythene bag. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the shrubs. Mortality rates to be inclusive. All the dead shrubs (if any) shall be replaced with new one at the time of handing over to the department. Work shall be done as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by EIC.

Tree Plantation - Supplying and planting of trees of specified variety including mixing of FYM & good soil in ratio 1:3, termite treatment, and planting of plants in existing tree pit. (height 10'-12' above bags/pots). Soil mounts 4”-6” in size. Tree plantation should be carried on neatly accurately and with perfection as per drawing and instruction given by the EIC. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the hedges. Rates for mortality to be inclusive. Providing and fixing tripod made of wooden balli, height 1.50mtr. Top bracket to be 300mm x 300mm. leg embedded in ground up to 300mm and to have tar coat. All the dead trees (if any) shall be replaced with new one at the time of handing over to the department. Work shall be done as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by EIC.

Providing, casting, hoisting & installing Precast Reinforced Colored cement concrete (M25) Bench (all elements having 125mm thick) fair finish as per design and drawing having 40mm thick Mirror polish Kota Stone in one piece on top. grove of same width as mortar thickness shall be provided between top kota stone and colored concrete top as per drawing. Remaing surface of bench shall be exposed colored concrete finish. All edges of Kota shall be rounded and polished. Rate shall be inclusive of Coloured RCC, reinforcement, Kota and silicone coating work with all material, labour for making, fixing, loading, unloading, hoisting, placing, polishing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Providing and fixing Back lit signage Board size with installation of Acraylic LED sign with Acraylic 4 mm thickness , letter wall thickness 2mm x depth 12mm , and size(height) as per description provided , with outdoor samsung / ADS LED having 2 years outdoor warranty along with SMPS and power supply. Content of sign shall be letters (In Gujarati & English), graphics/ maps, signs etc. in any colour as per design, drawing and approved by Architect and Engineer in charge. 9) INTERNAL WIRING:- Wiring of points to be done in open/concealed manner in 25 mm dia medium gauge Rigid PVC FRLS pipe. Wiring shall be done with FRLS type copper flexible wire of 650V/1100V. Separate pipe should be taken for circuit mains. Nos of ciruit of the same phases may be taken in same conduit (maximum 2 ckts).The circuit shall be laid in 25/40 mm dia medium gauge rigid PVC FRLS pipe. The point rate shall include all the necessary piping and wiring from sub panel / Distribution board to switch board & switch board to the batten holder / angle holder / connector / ceiling rose all inclusive except sub panel / Dist board. The wiring shall be done as per relevant prevailing standard. The looping of the wiring should be done in the switch boxes or light and fan point outlet boxes to avoid the junction boxes. The junction boxes and switch boxes for the ceiling light point, fan point etc shall be minimum 60/75 deep. All the necessary jarry in brick plastered walls should be done with machine cutter only , also jarry should be filled with cement, sand and wire mesh as required, the material cost for rough finish shall be included in point rate.
