(i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer 0.3 Kg / Sqm (iii) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. (iv) Applying coat of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats. Make incorporated : HYPERPLAS POLYSTER OF IWL (INDIA) LTD or equivalent in Pidilite industrries Ltd /STP Ltd all as specified and as manufacturer instruction complete.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descrption and any position as in roofs, floors,beams, landings, chajjas, balconies, cover slabs and similar suspended work complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 40mm thick, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in flooring and finished surface even and smooth using extra cement.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE,complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L Preparation of existing surface by hammer on the surface by a half kg hammer to remove any loose concrete, plaster, paint particles and rubbing the entire surface by wire brush , cut the V grove joint and fill the crack filler , apply one coat of wall primer of ShaliSbr Latex dilution or Prime seal and Apply two neat coats ( one coat horizontal and other coat vertical direction) of ShaliCrly LM or Raincoat Elastomeric Acrylic water proof exterior coating (of white or any tint/colour which shall be approved by GE) over primer coat , apply by brush or roller at a time interval of 5- 6 hours . Note :- All application shll be done through authorised company applicator as approved by GE

S&F in repair factory made PVC side laminated shelf /partition of required size consisting of panel of 18mm thick celuka PVC ply and for supporting the hold of shelf /partition and shall provided 3 edges in size 18mm x 18mm as per required length the front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf / partition to be edge lipped by 18mm width x 1mm thick PVC Sheet of density 600 Kg/Cum manufactured by ISO 9001 - 2015 Cerfified campany , using solvent cement etc.complete as direction of Engr-in-Charge manufacturers specification and drawings.

S & F in repairs Stainless steel self closing hinge of 75 mm size for PVC door shutter complete as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 100 mm size MS mat / glossy finish handle complete as specified and dirceted.

M & L Wire netting 12mm size of mesh of galvanised steel wire 1.23 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete as specified and directed.
