Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:4, complete in walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:6, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of new surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separetaly.

M&L for 2 coats of cement paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaced with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:3, on concrete sufaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered on ceiling and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood, concrete or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, roof & parapet junction etc. including all laps, cutting and waste etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required on vertical stone masonry wall: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; hooks forhanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to woodtrusses or rafters; knee pieceinserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coats of red oxide primer including prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of any description not otherwise described steel and iron surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic eanmel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition mud/ mud phuska in roofs, any thickness, including plastering, APP membrane tiling and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, mixed with liquid water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separetaly)

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizondal or vertical surfaces by applyong oil bound bitumen primer & 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not lesss than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminus aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm over RCC roof slab/ projection/ parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust dirt etc as manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, foot path, hard standing, plinth protection, bases of water tanks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes in circular section for inserting 150mm dia rain water PVC pipe on vertical stone masonary wall of 400 to 600mm thickness by mechanical means etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 150mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Tubes 15mm bore, `medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. capacity in litres exc 500 & n.exc 1000 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. capacity in litres exc 250 & n.exc 500 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished material i.e. building materials, concrete, stone masonary, debris, tree roots, trunk, branches of any size etc. to a distance of 30Km or beyond, out of premises of metropolitan area, including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB) and to be transported through tractor-trolly or tipper and stacking at the destination as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion on old decorated surfaces of walls, pillasters, roof projections, facias, drops, chajjas, etc., over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty over two coats of waterproofing chemicals of make Fosroc or Dr fixit on wall or concrete surfaces with hardner and base mixed as laid as per manufacturee instructions including preparation of existing surface after complete removal of existing treatment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment etc complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of cement based paint on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., including necessary prepration of old finished surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
