M&L for cleaning of SGSW / RCC / PVC sewage line upto 150/100mm dia by rodding / auger rods & drain pipe machine as required from manhole to manhole including gully trap and getting out the sludge from any size of manholes & gully traps before & after cleaning process of SGSW / RCC / PVC sewage line and well flushing using clean water through water bowser pipe of any capacity (arranged by the Contractor) and removing the sludge etc to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 250m with and including taking off manholes / gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of CI / PVC 100/75mm dia bore fixed to walls by means of opening and rodding through the oval acess door cleaning and well flushing using clean water through water browser of pipe of any capacity (arranged by the Contractor) taking out all residue etc, closing the oval acess doon and removing the siudge material, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for dewatering of contaminated waste effluent from septic tank, soakage well of any capacity by sewer jetting cum suction machine vehicle / honey sucker machine vehicle from any location and disposal to suitable place i.e. authorised civil location with and including taking off & re-fixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank of any capacity and depth including inlet / outlet chamber after mixing of contaminated waste effluent and sludge etc of septic tank by mixing machine to change the state of solid / semi solid sludge to liquid state by using extra water provided by the Contractor if required and getting out through sewer jetting cum suction machine vehicle / Honey sucker machine vehicle from any location and disposal to suitable place i.e. authorised civil location with and including taking off & re-fixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning / taking off of sludge (solid / semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth upto 3.00m by using machinary or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suatible size from habbatient area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m with and includig taking off manholes / gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning / taking off of sludge (solid / semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth exc. 1.50m but not exc. 3.00m by using machinary or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suatible size from habbatient area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m with and includig taking off manholes / gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for opening / cleaning of blocked WC of any type, traps and CI / PVC drain pipe including fittings (i.e. access door bends / tee etc) of any size at any floor & position with and including taking down of CI / CP / PVC grating and refixing the same at position with appropriate materials / fittings i.e. white cement, solvent, nuts & bolts etc and well flushing, pressure pumping, taking out all residue materials etc and removing the same to distance not exc 250 mtr, burried the same underground by digging pit of suatible size from habbatient area and covering same wrt the earth level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note for item no. 1 to 7:- (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 09:00 hrs to carry out the complaints within 48 hrs from reciept of complaint slip and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE. (ii) Penalty/Recovery for late attending of complaint after 48 hrs will be Rs 100 per complaint per day will be levied.

M&L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft,wells,cesspits,manholes,sewage line,pier holes n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil compete all as specified..

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading,levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick each layer as in soil all as specified.

Removal of excavated incl material (Soil) to a distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50M above the starting point.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 in foundations, filling and mass concrete to sub base of manholes etc all as specified.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels over 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth cources, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water throughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforced if any used in subject item shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc., and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc., and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work in repairs with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 incl demolition of brick work in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought up to course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling of granite or trap stone, uncoursed or brought up to course, hammer dressing wih maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete/brick surface finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 x 6 to 7 mm thick, in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, urinal, flat back or corner wall type of size 465x355x265mm white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement including flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butter fly handle, fancy type, chromium plated, with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions 15 mm bore, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fix in repairs bib taps (Minium weight of bib tap 90 gms) standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipeand fixed complete all as specified and directed.
