Material and Labour for disconnecting burnt end or burnt portion of cable, removing the cable from loop with and including necessary excavation & earth work, relaying and re-connecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals including fixing of new lugs for 50 Sqmm 3½ / 4 to 400 Sqmm of LT cable at Poles/Main switch etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) PCC electric pole of any type and size, from ground after necessary excavation & breaking of concrete foundation & encasing the pole including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Erecting Steel Tubular Pole 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate all as specified in IS 2713 of 1980 (Part I & II) including painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing. The complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black bituminus paint. (Note:- The necessary earth work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately under respective items.) Supply & fixing in replacement KIOSK Box weather proof made up of one piece mounted on SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door of size 333 x233x 120 mm outside and 300 x 200 x105 mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 6 Amp fuse grip with base for controlling the steet light fitting and FL clamps 30x4mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washers and including applying two coasts of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surface and including embassing/painting of Danger notice of size not less than 10 cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as directed. Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3.5 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provisions of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate and testing on completion complete all as specified, directed and shown in Electrical Plate number 3 of MES SSR Part-I NOTES : The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of Soil. Taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from LT poles and supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
