ALL QUOTED RATES IN THIS BOQ OF ALL ITEMS SHALL BE INCLUDING COST OF ALL TAXES , GST AND DUTIES APPLICABLE UP TO DATE , ROYALTIES , LEAD , LIFT , TRANSPORTATION , LABOUR . NOTHING EXTRA SHALL BE PAID SEPARATELY.

FLOORING AND WALL TILEING WORK

Repair works in polished granite flooring by removing existing unservisable/brocken granite flooring, removal of base morter , providing and laying simillar shade and texure polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab Jet Black, Multi Red, Steel grey , sinduri red , Sadarhalli , Chikku Brown,or as approved bt Engineer In-charge. Repair works in flamed granite flooring by removing existing unservisable granite flooring, removal of base morter ,providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge : Approved pattern in flamed finish Jet Black, Multi Red, Steel grey , sinduri red , Sadarhalli , Chikku Brown,or equivalent. Repair works in granite kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations by removing existing unservisable granite , removal of base morter by providing and laying granite of 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. For Granite of any colour and shade of any area etc complete. Repair works in Ceramic glazed floor tiles in Toilet and allied areas by removing brocken tile , removing of base morter , making area clean for fixing of new tille of suitable size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. Quoted rate shall be including removing of existing unservisable/cracked tiles , disposing of debries at approved dumping ground within campus , providing and fixing new tiles , including grouting with matching pigments as per instruction of Engineer In-charge , etc complete. Repairs in ceramic glazed wall tiles by removing existing brocken tiles and providing and fixing new ist quality tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over existing 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.Quoted rate shall be including removing of existing unservisable/cracked tiles , disposing of debries at approved dumping ground within campus , providing and fixing new tiles , including grouting with matching pigments as per instruction of Engineer In-charge , etc complete. Repairs in vitrified flooring tiles by removing existing brocken chipped tiles and Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm or As per site. Quoted rate shall be including removing of existing unservisable/cracked tiles , disposing of debries at approved dumping ground within campus , providing and fixing new tiles , including grouting with matching pigments as per instruction of Engineer In-charge , etc complete. STRACTURAL STEEL , ALUMINIUM , GLASS AND ACP WORKS

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes. Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Providing and fixing aluminium composite panel in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3.5mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between wo Aluminium sheets (each 0.25mm thick). The aluminium composite panel sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade using tainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats,weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. PAINTING WORKS

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats) Ceiling/wall Painting.Quoted rate shall be including at taxes , duties , royalties , lead, lift , trasportation , insurance , GST , etc. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly. Removing of white or colour wash/any wall paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth for further painting activity including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including disposal of scrapped material, cleaning of flooring etc complete.Quoted rate shall be including at taxes , duties , royalties , lead, lift , trasportation , insurance , GST , cost of etc. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.Quoted rate shall be including at taxes , duties , royalties , lead, lift , trasportation , insurance , GST , etc. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly. Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work upto even shade. Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing external paint surface of external face of the buidling at all heights for G+10 buildings.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work .

Providing & applying two or more coats of Luster paint of standard company such as Asian paint,Nerolac/Berger @ 2.10 liter/10 sqm & two coat of approved primer on wall and ceiling with roller finish including preparation of surface by crack filling, sand papering and applying primer, 1mm birla white cement based putty to all surface in line and level, two coat Paint on complete surface so as have and even and smooth surface, scaffolding all leads and lfts,labour and cost of materials complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Rate is inclusive of cost of all operations, material labor, all taxes, GST , etc. and nothing extra shall be payable).

Filling of acrylic morter in the cracks in external walls at any heights upto 36 meters ( G+10 ) with Sika cracksil Acrylic paste / Dr.fixit crack-X paste or equivalent (ready to use paste) prepare surface by cleaning and applying Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalent, & making sure that crack is totally filled up tooling the surface to obtain an even smooth finish including curing of the cracks for all lift , scaffolding , hangnig platform etc complete , providing and applyling Water proofing treatment on walls with two or more coats of SIKA Raintite-I or equivalent @ 2.25Kg/10 sqm mixed with water and white cement etc. and finishing walls with 100mm band of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) complete . Quoated rate shall be including working at any height by using swing or suitable arrangment to reach inaccessible location etc complete.Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Providing and applying damp Proof Waterproofing coat at terrace and parapets , coating shall be done in high sheen thick coat without dilution. All joints on terrace / tiles / parapets/pedestals shall be sealed with Smartcare Damp Proof , joint shall be treated with 75mm wide band in two coat application by brush , after 12 hours overall first coat damp proof coat without dilution shall be made by roller application. second coat shall be done after complete 8 hours drying of first roller application. Technical details as per manufacturers specifications brush finish including preparation of surface by scrubing, removing dust , cleaning surface with water etc complete. Quoted rate shall be including smoothing , leads and lift, labour , cleaning , trasporation and cost of all materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In- Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.For door/ window/ clerestory window.Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture : Old work Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (existing CC paver blocks and course sand shall used) Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Dismantling and Demolishing

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In any cement mortar.Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly. In cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) Quoted rate shall be including GST , trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead within 1KM lead , for all leads including all lifts involved.

Positioning of Door frame as site requirment , door panel size and smooth operation of metal door in perfect line , level and alignment by providing and fixing Hilti FRAME ANCHOR HRD-CR 8X100 Standard plastic frame anchor with countersunk head (A4 SS). Quoted rate shall be including working as per direction of Enigneer In charge, IISER Pune , all necessary fittings, tools , tackles , GST , lead , lift etc. and all ncessary equipment’s required at site , cleaning etc. Actual number of fastners fixed at site shall be measured for payments.

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Buffing of exising SS staircase railing with mirror polish finish and costing buffed surface with removable trasperent cover strip. Length of railing buffed including members and baluster in measured length shall be paid.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered including fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). kg 612.25

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540- F & ISO 11600 Upto 10 mm depth and 10 mm width.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing DGO glass pannel having 6 mm thick as outer panel and 5 mm thick as inner panel with interlayer of 10 mm thick - sentry plus of Dubond make etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Actual area of glass fixed at site shall be measured for payments.

Providing and fixing glass pannel in stair case railing with laminated glass 12.52 mm thick and having 6 mm thick as outer panel and 5 mm thick as inner panel with interlayer of 1.52 mm thick PVB - sentry plus of Dubond make i/c making holes and P/F studs 4 Nos in each panel, rounding of edges etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Actual area of glass fixed at site shall be measured for payments.

Core cutting in brickwork/RCC up to 300mm depth for 100 mm dia including cost packing of gap between pipe and with apropritae expoxy base filling etc complete and as per Direction of Engineer In-charge.

Core cutting in brickwork/RCC up to 300mm depth for 150 mm dia including cost packing of gap between pipe and with apropritae expoxy base filling etc complete and as per Direction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and applying Kemperol V210 treatment to surface including two coats of Kemperol EP primer followed by sprinkling silica sand (0.3 to 0.7mm), Applying 2/3 of KEMPEROL V 210 on the surface with the help of nylon roller/brush. Then roll out the KEMPEROL AP Fleece. Remove all wrinkles and then saturate completely with remaining 1/3rd of KEMPEROL V 210 mixture. Self curing of 3days etccomplete or directed by project In charge.

Supply and installation of Self adhesive polymeric aluminum foil bitumen waterproof membrane SBS of 1.5mm thick multilayer bitumen membrane waterproofing over pre-coated sheet. Bitumen membrane shall have first layer of high resign adhesive designed for pre-coated sheet roofing , second layer of asphalt and third layer of aluminum foil. Sheet shall have roll form , with one side protected with polyethane cover for adhesion. Provision of active joint of 50mm with adhesive shall be built in to the sheet throughout the length. Work shall be executed as per below listed method and OEM’s standard installation instructions, 1. Cleaning of Pre-coated sheet to make it free from dirt and dust. 2. Bitumen sheet roll of appropriate side and paste on the pre-coated sheet as per profile of sheets. 3. First round : Application of sheet on roofing sheet ensuring appropriate overlap of minimum 100mm at horizontal and vertical joints. 4. Pressing of sheet by rubberized roller or rammer properly on the roofing sheet such that bitumen membrane shall follow sheet profile. 5. Final pressing of sheet, rounding of corners. 6. Second Round : Shall be within a week after application of rolling sheet on sunny day to ensure perfect adhesion of sheet with roofing. 7. Special care shall be taken at rounded area’s , at bases wind fans etc. Quoted rate shall be including cost of lead , lift , transportation , working at ladder connected heights , GST , transportation , taxes , duties , wastage etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Actual surface area waterproofing done at site shall be measured for payments. In case of profile roofing sheets actual area of application including slanting sides of pitches shall be measured for payments. Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineerin- charge.
