SUB HEAD - 2 : SITC OF HT SWITCH GEAR Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 11 kV, 800 A, short-circuit capacity of 26.3 kA for 3 sec, 3-panel HT Gear with VCBs as per Specification below:- The Vacuum Circuit Breaker should comply as per IS:13118 & IEC:62271-100 for Circuit Breaker & IS:3427 & IEC:62271-200/IEC 694, IEC-61850 for Indoor panel. PANEL: The HT panel is rated at 11 KV, 3-Phase 800A, Breaking Current/short-circuit capacity of 26.3kA for 3 sec, 50 c/s and shall be of floor-mounting, sheet steel clad, free-standing metal enclosed air insulated switchgear cubicle with VCB inside. Making of heat shrinkable joints to the ends of 12 kV Grade 3 Core 300sqmm, XLPE HT cable at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. Heat Shrink jointing kits, sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. including supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC.

SUB HEAD - 4 : EARTHING FOR TRANSFORMER NEUTRAL AND EQUIPMENT BODY GROUNDING Earthing:Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts including necessary Excavation of soil(soft) for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.

Laying of 300 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand
Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 300 Sqmm. [F-5,8a-xxiii]
S & F compression brass cable gland with finishing the ends of the following cable by crimping method as per G.S. -- 4 core 300 Sq. mm. [F-4,7C]
Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required.

SUB HEAD - 6 : Dismentling of existing 3 panel HT Switch Gear 2 nos 500 kVA 11/0.415 kV Transformers and cables . Dismentling shifting carrying charges for existing 2 nos 500 kVA transformr(1no dry ,1 no oil type) & one set of 3 panel 11 kV HT Gear from Substation to suitable site site in the premises of Hospital with out damaging the equipments
Hiring charges of JCB/Hydra as per site requirement.
Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.
Dismantling the existing 11KV 800A HT 3 panel part by part for proper shifting the same to avoid any damages after disonnection and removing the existing 2 Nos 11KV HT cable, dismantling the existing HT buses from busbar chamber, disconnection the existing different control cables beetween the 3 nos HT panel from old sub-station and re-assembling the same as per direction of EIC .
Dismantling and shifting without damaging(within the imambara hospital premises as per EIC) one no 500 kVA Dry type Transformer Dyn11, 11/0.415kV rating.
Dismantling and shifting without damaging(within the imambara hospital premises as per EIC) one no 500 kVA Oil type Transformer Dyn11, 11/0.415kV rating.
Dismantling and shifting without damaging(within the imambara hospital premises as per EIC) existing 11kV Grade , 1.1kV grade different size ( 300/400/150)sq.mm cable .
Disconnection and dismantling the existing HT & LT cables from one no 500 kVA oil type & one no 500 kVA dry old transformer at old sub-station building for shifting the same as per direction of EIC.

Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/Perspex (wall matching color) top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175mmx100mmx65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish.(Avg run : 8 Mtr)

Carriage of above DG set up and down from kolkata work shop to Imambara District Hospital work site.
Supply of HSD diesel for opearation of above DG set.
Hiring charges of 4 Nos 90 sqmm/120sqmm (suitable for 320KVA DG ) PVC insulated copper cable including temporary laying and dismantling the same after completion of work.
SUB HEAD - 9 : Supply & laying MS Checker plate and tit-bit Civil Work for cover the masonary trench inside the substation S&F MS cheker plate of 6mm thick after cutting and sizing by LPG industrial gas & gascutter and also providing arrangement of lifting the cheker plate by means of suitable sizes half round cutting hole incl. S&F necessary angle iron supports by 35x35x5mm angle on trench as required as per direction of EIC.
Making groove over cable trench after neessary cutting by santras having size 100mm X 10mm on all sides by cement concrete (4:2:1) complete with neat cemented plaster for installation of MS checker plate as per direction of EIC.
Transportation charges of cutting machine, welding machine and all other tools & tackless by suitable truck incluidng loading and unloading from manufacturer work shop to work site and return back after completion of installation of cheker plate work as per direction of EIC.
Supply and Fixing 100mm - 45mm 6mm C type MS channel for Transformer base support.
Civil work- Labour cost for brick wall breaking for widening the door for inserting the 1000 kVA transformer after dismantling the existing shutter.
Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement etc.etc. In foundation & plinth(4:1)
Plaster(to wall, Floor, ceiling etc.etc.)with sand etc.etc. with 4:1 cement plaster & 20 mm thick plaster
Neat Cement punning about 1.50 mm etc.etc.
