Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft / disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block for holdfasts, filling in pressed steel door frames, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1, Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1, Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posps and struts complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.)

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan n.exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm thick sand stone slabs, dressed close picked on exposed faces, set and jointed in cement and stone dust motar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar works; in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia.,cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separatley.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and including applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described n.exc 10 cm width or girth and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work in cement motor including pillar etc below / above ground level etc and removing to a distance not ex 50 meter complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including padding concrete on roof all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.
