Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing, rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab, 18 to 20mm thick, as in flooring, laid and jointed with neat slurry and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for priming plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as per IS 3384 and providing water proofing treatment by applying mineral finish of weight not less than 3.50 kgs/sqm atactic poly propylene (advanced APP touch on membrane mineral finish) having polyster film reinforcement stabilised with fibre glass and finished on top with grey mineral slates torch on system of thickness 3.00 mm by torch bonding complete all as specified Notes for Item No. 24 & 25 (i) APP membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017. (ii) Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engineer-in-charge before incorporation in the work. (iii) Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work. (iv) The work shall be executed through authorised applicators of original manufacuturer only.

Material and labour for Water Proofing Treatment with APP based Standard Membrane over PCC padding in approachable roof with the following courses of treatment : (a) Apply bituminous primer ( IS 3384 ) @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surface complete . (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based water proofing membrane polyester reinforced of weight not less than 3.50kg /Sqm with 10 cm overlaps and torch bonded at joints including surface preperation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified .

M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in CM 1:2 mixed wtih WPC laid in floors, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall or ceiling concrete etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., all as specified and directed.
