Overhauling of TDBFPs Auxiliary Control

Dismantling of TDBFP ACV Servomotor in governing system by using lifting rope after removing the drain line, fixing plate, connecting lever with threaded sleeve and pin from bell crank lever, intermediate piece.

Dismantling the TDBFP ACV Hydraulic control cylinder in governing system by removing the circlips, shaft, I bolt, spacers, after securing the total assembly with lifting rope, removing the feed back cam, bottom mounting pin with circlip, main bar fastened over connecting rod after removing the internal threaded pin & tapper pin.

Replacing of Seal kit in TDBFP ACV Hydraulic servo cylinder by dismantling of hydraulic servo cylinder by removing the barrrel mounting bolts-4Nos, piston rod, seal kit, piston & it ring, cleaning the internals, replacement of seal kit & piston ring and reassembling.

Dismantling of TDBFP ACV by removal of spring holding bolts, spring top plate, spring, disconnecting and removal of coupling between actuator and valve spindle, removal of actuator spindle, removal of valve bonnet bolts, lifting and removal of valve bonnet, removal of valve spindle with plug.

Complete cleaning of TDBFP ACV internals includes spring, actuator spindle, valve spindle, valve internal and external body, valve seating area in both valve body and in spindle. Lapping of valve seating areas, blue matching the valve seating areas with each other. Continuing the lapping and blue matching process till the achiving of satisfactory blue matching level.

Assembling of TDBFP ACV internals such as fixing of valve spindle, bonnet, bonnet bolts, fixing coupling between valve and actuator spindle, fixing of spring, spring top plate, spring holding bolts in sequence.

In TDBFP ACV testing the free movement of piston inside the Hydraulic Control Cylinder, cleaning of external parts, assembling the Hydraulic Control Cylinder by fastening the main bar to connecting rod, fixing of protection roller bearing nart guide, inserting tapper pin, bell crank lever, joining lever, lifting the total assembly with lifting rope, positioning, inserting the shaft, I bolt, spacers and arresting it with circlips, inserting the bottom mounting pin and assembling the intermediate piece with new gasket.

Dismantling and cleaning of TDBFP ACV servo motor internals such as pilot, spring, bearing, re-assembling the internals, lifting the Servomotor with lifting rope, positioning and assembling with intermediate piece with new gasket, assembling the drain lines, fixing plate, connecting the lever with threaded sleeve.

Dismantling of TDBFP MCV Servomotor in governing system by using lifting rope after removing the drain line, fixing plate, connecting lever with threaded sleeve and pin from bell crank lever, intermediate piece.

Dismantling the TDBFP MCV Hydraulic control cylinder in governing system by removing the circlips, shaft, I bolt, spacers, after securing the total assembly with lifting rope, removing the feed back cam, bottom mounting pin with circlip, main bar fastened over connecting rod after removing the internal threaded pin & tapper pin.

Replacing of Seal kit in TDBFP MCV Hydraulic servo cylinder by dismantling of hydraulic servo cylinder by removing the barrrel mounting bolts-4Nos, piston rod, seal kit, piston & it ring, cleaning the internals, replacement of seal kit & piston ring and reassembling.

Overhauling of CPU Air Blower, includes, dismantling the air blower flow:890TPH, Pressure: 0.45Kg/Sq.cm by removing the belt-3Nos., dismantling the pulley using puller, front cover plate along with the bearings, removal of rear gear box cover, gears, hubs, rear end bearings, and lobs-2Nos., cleaning the internals with cleaning agents after removing the rust and deposits by buffing, greasing, reassembling all the internals and commissioning the blower including the charges of T&P and consumables etc.,

Dismantling of TDBFP Emergency stop valve’s Hydraulic Servomotor from its position by removal of control oil piping from servomotor, Decoupling of servomotor from control valve and removal of servomotor form its position and cover the opening with appropriate sheet mental or gasket.

Dismantling of TDBFP Emergency Stop Valve’s Hydraulic Servomotor internals by lifting the sevomotor to TG floor and Loosening of nuts of servo motor cover and removal all internals in proper sequence. This work involves Measuring the necessary clearances and Dismantling the internals of Control valve Servomotor such as PISTON ROD, PISTON ,SLEEVE, COLLAR NUT, DISC SPRING STACK, GUIDE BUSH, BUSH, FLANGE, COLLAR RING, DISC, GUIDE, GUIDE SUPPORT, PILOT VALVE, LINER, BUSH, LOCKING PLATE, COVER, FORK, THREADED BUSH, COMPRESSION SPRING,CONNECTING ROD, LEVER, ANCHOR, BELL CRANK LEVER, ROLLER, SUPPORT, PUSH ROD, PIN, SPECIAL SCREW, TURN BUCKLE NUT M 16, PISTON RING, GASKET, O-RING, SEALING RING, TAPER PIN.

Overhualing of TDBFP Emergency Stop Valve's Hydraulic Servomotor by Cleaning, Measuring for necessary clearances and inspection of all internals and releasing of wornout internals. This work involves Cleaning, Measuring for necessary clearances and inspection of all internals and releasing of wornout internals.

Re-assembling of TDBFP Emergency Stop Valve's Hydraulic Servomotor internals as per drawing by releasing the existing wornout spares and replaced by new available spares. This work involves the replacing the defective components and assembly of all internals such as Piston rod, Piston, Sleeve, collar Nut, disc spring Stack, Guide bush, bush, Flange ,Collar Ring ,Disc, Guide, Guide Support, Pilot Valve, Liner, Bush, Locking Plate, Cover, Fork, Threaded Bush, Compression Spring, Connecting Rod, Lever, Anchor, Bell Crank lever, Roller, Support, Push rod, Pin, Special Screw, Turn Buckle Nut M16,Piston ring, Gasket, O-Ring, Sealing ring, Tapper Pin. in correct sequence as per drawing.

Charges for rebabbitting 1set (4 nos.) of BFP Thrust Bearing pads by removing the damaged babbit material by heating and scrapping, preparing the surface for pouring the white metal, melting the white metal, preparing fixture for poring the white metal, applying bonding material over the pad, pouring of white metal, slow cooling and machining to achieve the thickness, surface finish and Ultrasonic test to ensure bonding of the pad as per sample including the charges for materials, T&P and consumables etc.,

Overhauling of oil vapour Extraction Fan (OVEF): This work includes, isolation of the fan by removing the inlet butterfly valve and inlet spool piece, dismantling the fan end cover impeller shaft center radical bolt, axial bolt removing the shaft key and impeller, cleaning the fan internals, impeller, casing and end cover ect., checking the conditions of impeller bush, shaft key, shaft key way and casing cover, impeller bush clearance repair/ replacement of damaged components replacing of fan end cover sequence including the charges for T&P, consumables etc.,

Dynamic balancing of OVEF Impeller: This work includes, dynamic balancing of the Fan impeller at rated speed by loading the fan impeller in special fixtures, taking measurements, Rough balancing adding balancing weight and final balancing with grinding, trueness checking including the charges for T&P, consumables etc

Removal of Existing Damaged seal in TDBFP Exhaust B/F valve: This work involves, removal of man hole door dummy in TDBFP Exhaust line near butterfly valve, removal of seal holding strips, bolts removal of locking washers removal of holding strips removal of damaged seal from the seating area.

Replacing New seal & Inspection of sealing area of the valve: This work involves, cleaning and inspection of seal seating area, placing the new seal, placing the seal holding strips, placing the bolts along with locking washers, tightening the holding strip bolts , closing the valve manually to the full close position, inspection of sealing area for tightness box up the exhaust line man hole door with new gasket.
