Strengthening the existing storageshed No4 flooring at CWMF complex

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313 for post Anti-termite treatment to existing buildings as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 7 (seven ) year shall be furnished by the tenderer . Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee. (Over all plinth area shall be measured and paid for).

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars without damaging adjacent structure and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel confirming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make ' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts .

Providing and laying cast -insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of M35 grade with 380 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete at all levels and lifts using 20mm maximum of size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing and cost admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintels, sunshades, gutter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately ) all as per specification all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing and cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtain for dosage and compatibility. 2.Test certificate of cement procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related work by the Contractor. 3.The rate shall be quoted on the bases of using minimum cement per Cu.m. of concrete mention below for relevant grade of concrete any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of the cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing 40mm thick concrete flooring with metallic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayers of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part cement :1 part Fine aggregate: 2 part coarse aggregates of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate/ Ironite or approved equivalent: 2 part of stone aggregate of 6mm nomial size by volume)(metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing,curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing cement plaster skirting in cement mortar 1:3, 18mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including curing, making uniform heigth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
