Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry as in drain wall, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (FASB) conferming to IS 12894, of strength M-10 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 except bricks as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Chicken GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L two coat of white wash on newly plastered surface and curing reparation of surface all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pilasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All grass, trees should be removed from the chajjas, and wall during the time of white wash, No extra payment shall be paid to the contractor

M & L TMT steel bard Gde 500 D, 6 mm to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
