Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application, its feeding into Billing system and uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage. (For consumer’s single meter)

Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and feeding into Billing system. Also uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage. (For consumer’s main meter and its associated double pole meter)

Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and feeding into Billing system and uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage. (For consumer's double pole meter where its main meter is AMR/Smart Meter)

Reading of consumers meter where meter reading could not be done through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and submission of meter reading for billing.

Reading of double pole meter of consumers where meter reading could not be done through CMRl/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and submission of meter reading for comparison.

Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and submission of MRI Data to concerning office of PuVVNL. Also uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage. For Substation's meters (maximum up to four feeder meters at a substation) and DT meter. (Only on instruction of PuVVNL)

Printing of bills of PUVVNL using billing system and handing over the printed bills to EE(Dist.) for signature and approval.

Physical bill delivery at the doorstep of the consumer, acknowledgement of bill in the form of signature from the consumer/recipient at site and submission of acknowledgement to EE(Dist.).

MRI data analysis & submission of detailed report in soft & hard copy for consumer having main meter but no double pole meter.

MRI data analysis & submission of detailed report in soft & hard copy for consumer having main meter with double pole meter.

MRI data analysis & submission of detailed report in soft & hard copy for consumer having main meter (AMR/Smart Meter) with double pole meter. (wherever AMR/Smart Meter’s data is provided). (For data analysis only)
