Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (without cartage)

Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Excavation for Structures Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure 6 m sapn Comprising of one vertical post of 6.00 M hieght made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS Pipe as vertical member weided with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M.S. Plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M.S. pipe as bracing & 10 mm M.S. plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and tow coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavatin 100 mm thick lean concrete in 1:3:6 cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast RCC with and 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The latest vertical clearances and complete. Instalation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 compete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply, transportation, local shifting, Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P etc machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I.

Transverse Bar (Repeated Bars) for Speed Calming (Thermo Plastic Paint) : Providing and Applying Hot applied thermo plastic compound 15mm thick heigth is achieved through six application of thermoplastic,applied at an interval not less than 1.0 hour after thr previous layer get solidified. (each layer 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gm /sqm area & thickness of 5 mm is excusive of top surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35). The finish surface to be leveled uniform and free streaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I.

The Maintenance Cost will be provided for five years @2.50 percent.(The Maintenance Cost will be calculated as per actual executed construction cost at the time of final bill) 1st Year maintenance cost @0.00 percent and 2nd Year maintenance cost @0.25 percent

3rd Year maintenance cost @0.50 percent

4th Year maintenance cost @0.75 percent

5th Year maintenance cost @1.00 percent
