Schedule 'A'Section-II (Misc Items of Works) Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Taking out of HT 11 KV cable of any size and relaying after rectification of fault. HT joint and cable shall be replaced as per site requirements. Note : Excavation, Joints, PCC cable cover, New cable and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for . Boring horizontally / inclined 100 mm dia by mechanical means using trenchless technology under the road / hard surface to passing through cables / pipes complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of HT over head lines 3 wire span measured as one length ACSR conductor and Re-stretching of ACSR Conductor 3 wire of any size on HT over head line 11000 volts grade incl earth continuity wire including binding properly, replacement of jumper with existing / suitable size of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix lightning arrestor 12 KV (rms) having breaking capacity 5 KA "POLYMERIC HOUSING" including taking out existing unserviceable LA and necessary connections with HT over head lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for crushed stone aggregate of 40 mm grade including spreading and cleaning of surface of transformer yard, 2 pole and four pole structure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking out electric cable of any size and description from trenches / pipe / duct including protection bricks, rectification of fault relaying of servicable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, Joints, PCC cable cover, New cable and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying 600 Sqmm XLPE aluminium Armouredsingle core cable including lugs and thimbles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and laying 300 Sqmm XLPE aluminium Armouredsingle core cable including lugs and thimbles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for painting to existing steel tubular pole of any type complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 1500mm height (from top of PCC coping) in alternative strip 30 Cm high each in yellow and black paint and rest of pole with two coat of aluminium paint including providing pole number with white enamel paint and 100 mm dia (round) back ground of blue enamel paint at site after preparation of the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and spray painting to existing LT Panel board of any type with two coat of weather proof synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F LT Spacer 02 way spiral type made out of PVC material and suitable to work on 1100 volts fixed between 02 conductors in any position along the LT line for any size of conductor along the feeder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F LT Spacer 04 way spiral type made out of PVC material and suitable to work on 1100 volts fixed between 04 conductors in any position along the LT line for any size of conductor along the feeder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F LT Spacer 05 way spiral type made out of PVC material and suitable to work on 1100 volts fixed between 05 conductors in any position along the LT line for any size of conductor along the feeder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Cable lugs aluminium any type suitable for cable upto 70 Sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Cable lugs aluminium any type suitable for cable of size 95 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for replacement of existing worn out / over heated / multi jointed ACSR jumpers of LT over head lines with and including XLPE / PVC insulated 1100 volts multi stranded aluminium conductor single core cable of size 120 Sqmm as per colour code in sequence Red, Yellow, Blue and Black for neutral incl winding with ACSR conductors with suitable size aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Length of one jumper not exceeding more than 2.0 mtrs.

M&L for replacement of existing worn out / over heated / multi jointed ACSR jumpers of LT over head lines with and including XLPE / PVC insulated 1100 volts multi stranded aluminium conductor single core cable of size 240 Sqmm as per colour code in sequence Red, Yellow, Blue and Black for neutral incl winding with ACSR conductors with suitable size aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Length of one jumper not exceeding more than 2.0 mtrs.

S&F in replacement of MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting type Releasing range 100 Amps 4 Pole breaking capacity at 415 volts AC 50 Hz 36 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning LT Feeder Piller Board as per designed and approved by GE out door type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz factory fabricated approved CPRI powder coated made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle iron section 40x40x6mm frame with front and back openable double door system with licking arrangements louver and air vent gasket for natural flow of air with canopy, inner compartment made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for ACB of capacity 630 Amps incoming and outgoing with lockable arrangements with aluminium bus bar three phase and neutral of capacity 800 Amp marked Red, Yellow, Black and Blue insulators, made of high strength insulated material suitable for 1100 voltage fixed on PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : ACB and PCC shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Repair to LT panel box / body by replacing the damaged / rusted MS sheet of existing gauge, fabricated cut to size of original size including providing hinges, handles, revetting, welding etc if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for making locking provision to the LT panel board of any size / type by providing MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm upto 15 cm length duly welded to the both front and back door duly holed for making provision for lock including welding of broken / unserviceable hinges / mounting arrangements of door and matching with enamel paint of existing colour on the disturbed surfaces and providing pad lock not less than 75mm with triplicate key complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Make of pad lock : Harrison / Navtal / Godrej.

S&F in replacement of volt meter 100 x 100 mm square type digital 0-600 Volts complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement Ampere meter 100 x 100 mm square type digital 0-800 Amp complete all as specified.

S&F LED type indicator Red, Yellow, Blue complete all as specified.

M&L for cable jointing kit straight through for 1100 Volt grade cable heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm complete all as specified.

S&F PVC insulated round / flat copper cable of size 3 core, 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for dismantling of old unserviceable earthing of any size / type, supply and fixing of copper bounded rod maintenance free earthing of model No JMV 1730 of JMV LPS Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE by drilling bore of size 200 to 250 mm dia upto depth at least 3100 mm placing the copper rode diameter 17.2 mm and length 3.0 mtrs, Earth fault capacity of 25 KA. Tensile strength is more than 600 N/m. Thickness of copper coating 250 micron. Non treated, Standard - IEEE-80 including 20 x 3 mm copper connecting strip with 40 mm light grade GI pipe for protection of strip upto testing point and backfill properly to excavated soil and pouring the adequate water atleast 1200 mm around the earthing electrode complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Earth resistivity of gthe earthing shall be tested by the nominated reps of company to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and filling up fresh transformer oil as in topping up / levelling up after dehydration having dielectric strength not less than 60 KA at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS-335 / 1993 all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Dehydration of Transformer oil by the help of testing machine for transformer installed at various substation and testing of size 25 KVA to 750 KVA capacity installed at Floor / Pole and plinth mounted with all accessories connected to Transformer Dielectric strength not less than 60 KA at 2.5 mm Gap all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Test certificate to be submitted after filteration for die Electric Strength.

M&L for Dehydration of Transformer oil by the help of testing machine for transformer installed at various substation and testing of size 10/12.5 MVA capacity installed at plinth mounted with all accessories connected to Transformer Dielectric strength not less than 60 KA at 2.5 mm Gap all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Test certificate to be submitted after filteration for die Electric Strength.

Supply only silica gel blue in colour all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Repair / calibration of HT VCB / RMU (Ring Main Unit) 11 KV of capacity upto 630 Amps Make : ABB / Crompton for servicing, cleaning, tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing, inspection of busbar, CTs / PTs internal wiring of control panel, indicators measuring of IR value,calibration of relays matching with 66 KV Grid and testing of tripping system and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by means of required T&P all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
