Annual maintenance and repair of civil works in residential and non-residential buildings of Sector No. 01, Pipri-Sonebhadra UP.

Engagement of plumber/ fitter for non measured work such as installation of other sanitary fittings & fixtures as per direction of engineer-in-charge with all T&P required.

Engagement of beldar/ coolie/ helper for non measured work such as site clearance, cleaning of roof terrace & sun shed, uprooting of vegetations from the outer wall, to assist the plumber, dismantling existing plaster, dismantling of ac sheet roofing, dismantling of cement concrete floor having base concrete including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meters and other miscellaneous work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of sweeper for sewerage cleaning & disposal of the sludge as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with moorum/ shingle/ kankar requiring the use of special T&P such as pickaxes, sabbals etc including lift upto 1.5m & lead upto 30 m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & sides of the foundation.

Cement concrete with cement, coarse sand and 2 cm nominal size stone ballast in proportion of 1:3:6 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with cement, coarse sand and 2 cm nominal size approved hard stone ballast in proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Steel work welded in built up sections, gratings, railings, brackets, gates and door fames, etc. wrought to required form including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete and including cost of all other materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Centering and shuttering of form work for RCC work including strutting, propping etc. & removal of form for roof slab & landings with 12 mm thick water proof ply including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work with TMT bars of grade Fe-500D or more including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured all complete above plinth level including cost of all other materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast in proportion of 1:2:4 in slab, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials, binding wire, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
