Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting/ excavating or filling making diversion bandh and channel wherever required including cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operational staff any repair breakage during operation will be carried out by the owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery one place to another place at required location. Actual working hours will be accounted for the payment and six hour per day working will required average minimum 20cm (twenty cm) excavation in all kind of soil including loading in tippers trucks and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts will have to be ensured one hour working (Excavator cum loader)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plated 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor steel complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying & Jointing of RCC pipe 600 mm dia of class NP-2 complete all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing SFRC cover for frame if Internal size 50 mm dia with frame medium duty with all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
