Manufacture, supply, delivery of two nos. 1530 M3/H at 10.3 m head to be driven with 415 V, 50 Hz, IE3 motor, mixed flow vertical turbine type pump motor unit including starter panel star/delta starter.

Manufacture and supply of 10 mm thick MS plates 450 mm dia. pipe including rolling cost for two nos. pump.

Manufacturing of 450 mm pipe bend for proper installation as per site position 4 nos. for two nos. pump.

Laying of 450 mm dia. MS pipe with help of gas cutter, fitter, welder, helper, labours etc. by 4 nos bend as per site position for two nos. pump.

Earth cutting for 450mm MS Pipe from outside of the sump chamber wall to the end outlet of outgoing khal for two nos. pump.

Air compressor with diesel engine of Jack Hammer cutting machine for dismantling of R.C.C Slab wall etc. for making proper position for lodging 450 mm MS Pipe for two nos. pump.

Base preparation for support of 450 mm MS Pipe from outside sump chamber wall to inside wall of outer boundary by cement concreting and brick work to avoid vibration transmitting up to the pump for two nos. pump.

Cement concreting work for sealing the 450 mm pipe with the wall hole, with the help of shuttering for proper fixing of MS Pipe in with R.C.C Wall for two nos. pump.

Supply, fitting and fixing of the MS Flange of standard size with outlet pipe of VT Pumps for connection of 450 mm outlet of MS Pipe including the cost of gas cutting, welding, rubber packing, SS nut bolt/ complete fastener for two nos. pump.

Manufacturing, supply and fitting fixing of puddle flange including the cost of gas cutting, welding complete at the middle centre of wall position with 450 mm Pipe for two nos. pump.

Hoisting – placing of the pipe for proper layering of 450 mm MS Pipe from 15 cusec VT pump outlet to end point of outfall in outlet with the help of skilled labour and technician including the cost of necessary tools and tackles etc. for two nos. pump.

Construction of 450 mm pipe support R.C.C base for grouting MS 4 NOS bolts for fixing of the 450 mm pipe with MS flat size 75x10 making U shape for clamping the pipe with R.C.C base complete with 2 nos. clamp for two nos. pump.

Skilled labour for earth filling and other miscellaneous works at site including other allied works at site for two nos. pump.

Priming and painting of the 450 mm MS Pipe with epoxy paint after making suitable the surface for paint by proper scraping and sanding etc. for two nos. pump.
