Checking of 10KVA UPS including cleaning of dust by arranging authorised Service Engineer measuring of input/output voltage and current, tightening of terminals , verification of load sharing and obtaining commissioning report etc., as reqd

Supplying & Fixing of 450mm sweep 1400 RPM heavy duty exhaust fan suitable for operating on 230Volts, 50Hz, AC supply in the existing opening including testing and commissioning etc., complete as reqd',(Make: M/s Crompton/ Almonard or SS make, Location of fans shall be as per the direction of Engineer in charge)

Supplying & Fixing of 2No 32A 3pole Contactor and 1No digital/ analogue timer unit, 1No 40A 4pole isolator, 12No 6/10 Amps SP MCB, Neutral bus Bar, Earth bar in suitable size 16G MS sheet enclosure on surface of wall for automatic cyclic operation of exhaust fans i/c necessary internal wiring, testing, commissioning etc as reqd (Ms L&T Contactor MNX22 / Timer M/s GIC or SS make)

Supplying and fixing of GI/MS/steel chicken mesh with suitable air flow to prevent birds/rats and other insects inside the equipment room of grid size 2mm/3mm including fastening rigidly to the window/wall, civil masonary works, making good the damages etc as required

Wiring for exhaust fans from MCB DB/ timer unit with 3x1.5 sqmm copper wire /cable in PVC conduit along with accessories in surface of wall etc., as reqd

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with 5x6 Sqmm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing surface/ recessed conduit/Truf as required.

Making opening of wall/ window/ Novopan sheet suitable for fixing of 450mm dia exhaust fans and outside fresh air inlet including cutting, removing and re-fixing making good the damages etc as required

S& F of following MS angle, MS flat, GI flat , weld mesh for supporting and covering of Exhaust fans, GI strip/ flat all-round the wire mesh wherever required to close the opening including making holes, rigidly fixing with fasteners etc., as required a) 25mmx25mmx5mm MS Angle
