Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Double Skin Horizontal Air Handling Unit of fully capacity, complete with double skin insulated with CFC free foam (PUF) panels of 25mm thick, 42 Kg/cum density. Sandwitched between 0.6 mm thick G.I. Sheets. Outer skin shall be pre coated G.I. sheet pre coated off white. AHU frame works shall be of pre cast vertical and horizontal extruded aluminium profile with three way corner frame sections. Frame construction should bear the load of structure and load of the frame structure shall be uniformly distributed along the entire housing of the AHU. Food grade self adhesive coated neoprene gasket to be provided between panels and structure of the AHU to ensure the entire housing is airtight.

Backward curved blower to be supplied along with motor (Kruger/Nicotra). Filter will be of 10 mic as pre filter, 3 mic as fine filter. CFM as below with 60-80mm SP complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Rate quoted to be deemed to include civil works for HVAC like breaking and opening for entry and exit of supply ducts from AHU room, exhaust ducts into shafts for exiting copper pipes / drain pipes also. Fire rated material of 25mm thick phenotherm to be used near civil closures for fire resistant properties.

Supply, installation, testing & commisisioning of nominal capacity air-cooled DX floor mounted packaged ducted units complete with scroll compressors, copper tube aluminium finned air cooled condensers, propeller type condenser fans with eco friendly R410 refrigerant & powder coated outer metal body controlling a capacity of mimimum 8.5 TR ducted packaged AC unit with 3500CFM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Air Cooled Ducted Split Air Conditioners of capacity 8.5 TR with R2 series: R 407C eco friendly refrigerant, nominal cooling capacity 1,02,000 Btu/Hr, nominal air flow 3400 CFM, microprocessor based with LCD display controller and hermetically sealed scroll type compressor, all necessary connections with suitable size of copper cables and initial gas charging, provision of necessary PCC platform / iron angle frame for outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling / taking down / transporting carefully old ACs outdoor & indoor unit with all connected acessories and to be deposited in MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabrication, installation & testing of 22 gauge galvanized sheet steel (120 GSM) rectangular sheet metal ducts in accordance with the approved shop drawings complete with all accessories like vanes, flanges, supports, suspension through threaded rod, anchor bolts, GI bolts & nuts, gasskets, canvas connections as per the technical specifications and SMACNA standards complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication, installation & testing of 20 gauge galvanized sheet steel (120 GSM) rectangular sheet metal ducts in accordance with the approved shop drawings complete with all accessories like vanes, flanges, supports, suspension through threaded rod, anchor bolts, GI bolts & nuts, gasskets, canvas connections as per the technical specifications and SMACNA standards complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & installation of 11/8 & 7/8 Hard Drawn Refrigerant piping (copper piping) with vidoflex insulation (19mm thick) ceiling / wall supports etc., from indoor unit to outdoor unit. Suction and liquid line for (measured both together) - hard drawn for fan coil units, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, opposed blade type damper - with anodised matt black finish for supply air grilles (single deflcection / double deflection). The dampers should be such that it can be able to throttle the air quantity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, flexible canvas cloth with provision of 01 No. zip made out from good quality cloth between AC unit to main duct with zip complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing & testing of Thermal insulation for supply air duct using 13mm thick class "O" closed cell nitrile rubber based elastomeric insulation with adhesive tape etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing & testing of Acoustic insulation for supply air duct using 15mm thick class "O" open cell nitrile rubber based elastomeric insulation with adhesive tape etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, wall / roof with adequate clamp, connecting & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, wall / roof, connecting & testing of PVC flexible copper cable, multistranded of size 10 Sqmm 4 core drawn through suitable size of condiut pipe with adequate clamps for indoor unit to outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 3 x 10 sqmm copper cable, one run earth wire of 10 sqmm copper cable and PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply, installation & testing of 25mm dia UPVC - drain piping complete with fittings, supports as per specifications and insulated with 12 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation with protective coating etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanised iron / steel strip of size 32 x 6mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR Part-I and earth strip protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and through test point including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil, GI light grade 20 watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS hooks 6mm

dia MS bars etc., complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note: (i) GI Strip upto 7.5m length shall be deemed to include in this item. (ii) Earth resistance not exceeding 1.0 ohm.

Supplying & laying, 25 x 5 mm GI strip at 0.5 m below ground as strip electrode including connection / terminating with GI nut, bolt, spring washer etc as required complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rates are included with all fixing accessories / arrangement.

Providing 32 x 6 mm GI strip on surface / in recess for connections as required complete all as specified and directed.

Design, manufacture, supply, install, testing & commissioning electrically operated over head travelling (EOT) crane of capacity 5 Ton conforming to IS-3177 & IS-807 (latest version) having span of 20.0 mtr height of lift shall be 7.5 mtr from floor level, travel bay length 28 mtrs suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply, double girder Runway Rail on both sides of suitable size and shall be fabricated by using fresh tested steel beam (ISMB) conforming to IS:2062 Grade 'A' quality and same shall be installed on the existing RCC column brackets with necessary fixing arrangement with hoist speed 3 mtrs/min, cross travel speed 6 mtrs/min & long travel 10 mtrs/min.

The crane inclusive of control panel, power and controlling cables, pendent push button station, radio remote control operation, motors, gear box, rope drum & rope guide, limit switches, bottom block, wire rope, end truck buffer, brakes, wheels, pendent DSL system of GI shrouded bus bar for LT and pendent festoon for CT including providing platform on both sides of bridge girder with non skid 5mm thick steel chequered plate along the entire length of the crane, bridge width having 0.5 mtr securely fenced with double tired guard rails having minimum height of 1.1 mtr.

Access ladder on both side of bay to facilitate maintenance of crane. Both ladders shall be provided with guards to prevent fall and comprising of following components / accessories complete all as specified and directed. (a) Double girder box type construction fabricated using fresh tested steel plates conforming to IS: 2062 grade 'A' quality obtained directly from main steel producers such as SAIL, RINL, TISCO. (b) Squirrel cage induction motor crane duty motors TEFC, 'F' class insulation suitable capacity conforming to IS: 325 & IS: 123 and as amended upto date suitable for 150 starts per hour and 40% CDF for hoist, CT & LT to work on AC 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz.

(c) Electromagnetic disc brakes / shoe type brakes / hydraulic thruster type brakes shall be provided in all motions with suitable sizes. (d) Wheels shall be forged made of C55 Mn 75 carbon steel and suitable hardness, double flanged straight tread type fitted with antifriction roller bearing with supported on 'L' type live steel axels bearing housing assembly.

(e) Wire rope with fibre core of size 12mm dia, having 04 falls conforming to IS: 2266 minimum factor of safety and tensile strength 1960N/mm2 as per ISO: 4309:1990 complete with rope drum fabricated from seamless pipe duly machined and grooved to accommodate full length of rope in one layer. The drum shall be mounted on antifriction ball / roller bearings.

(f) Gear box of crane shall be totally enclosed in dust proof construction shall be machined from alloy steel and hardened. All gearing is enclosed in a rugged steel housing and initial filling of oil / grease splash lubricated. (g) Control panel indoor type made out of 2mm thick CRCA dust and vermin proof sheet powder coated painting comprising of variable speed drives (VVVF type) meeting the latest crane control solution enhances crane performances without worries and smooth operation, different operating speed for each process, accurate positioning, suitable switchgears, contactors, meters, relay transformers and components, control wiring etc as per OEM.

(h) Control wiring and power wiring, PVC flexible pendent festoon system supported on MS trolley for CT and DSL system of suitable rating for LT all as per OEM. (j) Limit switches for upper and lower hoisting. (k) Bottom block shall be equipped with protective guard around the opening, shank type forged hook 'C' type, swivelling on thrust bearing tested as per IS 15560. (l) Emergency stop button to shutting off the power to the main contractors shall be provided.

(m) End carriages with standard rolled steel section or welded plate box section type shall be assembled to ensure alignment of bearings and axles, twin drive arrangement, main cross girders to end trucks connection are bolted to ease in assembly. Rubber buffers on all end trucks when a moving crane or trolley reaches the ends of its permitted travel.

(n) Hoisting machinery / crab of heavy duty industrial type. (o) Painting of crane with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of golden yellow of 25 micron. Final touch up will be done after erection at site and writing the details of crane like capacity, date of installation, load details etc. (q) Pendent push button station shall have push buttons for each motion, bridge light, siren / bell, on and off switches, emergency stop switch and shall be hanged in the middle of girder with chrome plated steel chain duly covered with sleeve.

(r) Radio remote control for all motions and shall have multispeed steps of operation complete with rechargeable batteries and battery charger. (s) 03 Nos of LED light fitting 90 watts shall be provided under the girder - 02 Nos and 01 No under CT trolley. (t) Earthing shall be carried out as per IS of quantity as suggested by OEM as per SSR Part-I (specifications) electrical plate No. 03. (u) Welded joint testing shall be subjected to 10% X-ray testing and X-ray films to be provided for evaluation.

(ii) Cranes shall be got executed (installed and commissioned) with the authorised representative of the manufacturer. (iii) 2.0 Ton EOT crane shall be installed on the existing RCC column brackets by providing Runway Beam and Runway Rail. Note for Sl item Nos. 24 to 26: Electrically operated cranes shall be got executed through specialist agency having minimum 05 years experience in execution of EOT cranes and the agency shall be got approved by GE/GE (I).

Supply, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Opening and dismantling of all electric connection of old unserviceable crane of any capacity including all connected items like girder all carefully handover to AGE E/M storeyard for their safety custody and further disposal action complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/10002 and alternator as per IS:13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV+ norms and foundation of capacity upto 58.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

(A) Alternator - Standard design alternator capacity of 58.50 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site condition at 0.8 power factor (lagging) 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated with brushless excitation screen protected drip proof IP23 enclosure, insulation class 'H' directly coupled with diesel engine through flexible coupling. The Alternator shall be suitable for tropical climate and shall conform to BS-5514 / 5000 / IS-3046 as amended upto date.

(B) Diesel Engine: Water cooled Diesel Engine suitable for 58.50 KVA, 4 stroke, 6 cylinder, turbo charged to deliver not less than 284 BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS-5514 and conforming to IS:10002 and ISO:3046, the engine is prime rated with 10% over load capacity for one hour in any 12 continuous hours of operation. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangments and shall give the electrical output of 58.50 KVA at 0.8 power factor, 415 volts including standard accessories and comprising of following: -

(i) Radiator with lower fan including guard. (ii) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping. (iii) Corrossion in hibitor collant. (iv) Paper element filters for fuel, lube oil, bypass. (v) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel. (vi) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing. (vii) First fill lube oil, coolent and diesel during commissioning and 2 hours testing. (viii) Fuel injection pump.

(ix) Engine control panel with all accessories and components dispaying the battery voltage and charging rate, water temparature lubricating oil pressure, engine speed, engine hours run, balance of fuel indicator. (x) Safety control (trip and indication) for high water temparature, low lube oil pressure, low and high speed trip. (xi) Common base frame for engine and alternator made from structural steel channels / beams duly painted.

(xii) Battery set of 02 Nos maintainance free type 12 Volts, 90 AH capacity including copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable size and adequate length from starter to battery terminals. Note: Emission Standards for DG sets. (a) The Emission limits of DG Sets upto 800KW/1000 KVA shall be incorporated as per the latest CPCB IV+ norms as published by the Gazette of India New Delhi dated 03 Nov 2022 vide S No 716 Extraordinary Part-II - Section 3 - sub section (i) and emission limits shall come into force from 01 Jul 2023.

(b) The emission limits shall be tested through one of the five CPCB approved recognized labs as mentioned below: - (i) Automotive Research Association of India, Pune (Maharashtra). (ii) International Centre for Automotive Technology, Manesar (Haryana). (iii) Indian Oil Corporation, Research and Development Centre, Faridabad (Haryana). (iv) Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). (v) Vehicle Research Development Establishment, Ahmednagar (Maharashtra). (c) The Cost for incorporation of Emission Standards and testing is included in rate quoted by the contractor.

(C) Accoustic Enclosure (Canopy): Accoustic encloser suitable for 58.50 KVA DG set made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated painting all as incompliance with latest CPCB IV+ norms suitable to reduce noise level to 75 DB measured at 1.0 mtr distance for audible frequencies as per manufacturers specifications and comprising of following: -

(i) Rugged in construction maintainance free and modular design high quality accoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS:8183 for maximum sound absorption, accoustic layers shall be supported with perforated sheets a see through transparent window glass infront of engine panel to provide for monitoring the operation. (ii) Emergency stop button at exterior body (iii) Deliverables 75 DB at 1 mtr distance at 75% load under free field conditions (iv) 02 Nos of 10 watt LED lamps for inside illumination.

(D) AMF Panel: Auto Main Failure (AMF) panel board suitable for 58.50 KVA DG set, outdoor type CPRI approved factory fabricated made out 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, free standing, floor mounted, cubicle type, dust and vermin proof, ventilated, weather proof duly power coated painting with siemens grey paint, IP-54 class protection, totally enclosed conformimng to IS:8623, double door with locking arrangement provided with removable hinged front and rear doors for eassy accessibility, internally prewired, copper bus bar of suitable rating including electrical and electronic components / accessories and comprising of following: -

(i) Air Curcuit Breaker 125 Amps, 36 KA, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz microprocessor based manually drawout type-02 Nos for main supply and DG supply with HRC back up fuses complete with auto mains failure relay to act on main commercial supply to start the DG set and to stop the DG set on restoring of commercial supply working in dual mode and Line Voltage Monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications.

(F) Civil Work: All civil works including RCC / PCC platform and related to foundations for commissioning of Generator set shall be as per recommendations of the manufacturer. The foundation drawing for DG set shall be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge before laying of foundation including material required.

Note: (a) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load including diesel, coolent and lube oil etc., for 12 hours testing at site are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor. (b) Contractor shall submit the detailed specification, model No, make, technical literature and foundation drawing of DG set for approval of GE. (c) Contractor shall submit AMF panel drawing with dimensions and arrangement of switch gear, matering devices and make / model of switch gear for approval of GE.

Supply & installation, silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/10002 and alternator as per IS:13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV+ norms and foundation etc., of capacity upto 82.5 KVA complete all as specified and diretced.

(viii) Fuel injection pump.

(ix) Engine control panel with all accessories and components dispaying the battery voltage and charging rate, water temparature lubricating oil pressure, engine speed, engine hours run, balance of fuel indicator. (x) Safety control (trip and indication) for high water temparature, low lube oil pressure, low and high speed trip. (xi) Common Base frame for engine and alternator made from structural steel channels / beams duly painted.

(xii) Battery set of 02 Nos maintainance free type 12 Volts, 150 AH capacity including copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable size and adequate length from starter to battery terminals. Note: Emission Standards for DG Sets. (a) The Emission limits of DG sets upto 800KW/1000 KVA shall be incorporated as per the latest CPCB norms as published by the Gazette of India New Delhi dated 03 Nov 2022 vide S No 716 Extraordinary Part-II - Section 3 - sub section (i) and emission limits shall come into force from 01 Jul 2023.

(i) Air Curcuit Breaker 160 Amps, 36 KA, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz microprocessor based manually drawout type-02 Nos for main supply and DG supply with HRC back up fuses complete with auto mains failure relay to act on main commercial supply to start the DG set and to stop the DG set on restoring of commercial supply working in dual mode and Line Voltage Monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications.

(F) Civil Work: All civil works including RCC / PCC platform and related to foundations for commissioning of Generator set shall be as per recommendations of the manufacturer. The foundation drawing for DG Set shall be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge before laying of foundation including material required. Note: (a) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load including diesel, coolent and lube oil etc., for 12 hours testing at site are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

(b) Contrctor shall submit the detailed specification, model No, make, technical literature and foundation drawing of DG set for approval of GE. (c) Contractor shall submit AMF panel drawing with dimensions and arrangement of switch gear, matering devices and make / model of switch gear for approval of GE.

Opening and dismantling of all electric connection of old BER DG sets of any capacity including all connected items all carefully handover to AGE E/M storeyard for their safety custody and further disposal action complete all as specified and directed.

secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x 28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200 x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600 x 600 mm, resting on periphery walls / partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24 x 24 x 3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting / making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required.

Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25 x 35 x 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along

main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all 'T' sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 w/mK.

S&F in repairs of armstrong ceiling system with fine fissured edge tiles having humidity resistance (RH) of 95%, NRS 0.34 light reflective approx 84% thermal conductivity K=0.052-0.057. W/mk colour white fire performance of class-I as per BS 476 Parts 6 & 7 in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm thick suitable for green building application with recycled content of 38-41% with armstrong sillhouette profile exposed grid syatem with 15mm white flanges incorporated 6mm central reveal in white / black colour silhoutte, main runners & cross tees to have mitred ends & Birdsmouth notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions.

The tee sections have a galvanising of 170 gms per sqm & passed through 500 hrs of salt test. The main runner spaced at 1200 mm c/c should be securely fixed to the structural soffit using armstrong suspension system at system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Cross Tees 1200 mm long should be interlocked between main runners at 600mm c/c to form 1200 x 600mm module.

600 x 600mm c/c to form 1200 x 600mm module is fortned by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees, perimeter trim consist of armstrong wall angles of size 3000 x 19 x 19mm secured to walls screws at 450mm c/c complete all as specified and directed. Taking down / dismantling of old unserviceable exhaust fans of any size / capacity with all connected accessories and to be deposit at AGE E/M (East) MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heavy duty exhaust fan, metal body, AC single phase, 240 V of size 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM with louvers including necessary connection and replacement of flexible copper cable from ceiling rose and connected with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of connection and dismantling the unserviceable monoblock pumpset of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note: Monoblock pumpset shall be deposited in MES store.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Monoblock pumpset of capacity 5 HP / 3.7KW, 24 mtr head, electric driven working on 415V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC consisting of cast iron impeller complete including provision of PCC platform suitable for installation of machinery / pumpset etc, and suitable MS channel all as per manufactures specification and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening of connection and dismantling the unserviceable Chloronome plant and shifting the same to the MES Storeyard for safe custody complete all as specified and directed.
