Supply of cast/Iron double flange, single door swing type Non Return Valve size 600 mm dia, generally conforming to IS: 5312 part-I . Flange to be drilled as per IS:1538. Valve shall be suitable for hydrostatics test pressure of 10 Kg/cm2 for seat and 15 Kg/cm2 for body(PN.1.0 rating). Make: Kirloskar/IVC(Nasik)

Closing of 700 mm dia suction and 600 mm dia delivery sluice valve manually and also closing of 1000 mm dia main delivery valve is required cutting of rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and taking out the NRV and shifting to the safe place with heavy labour etc

Dismantling of 600 mm joint , tail piece including cutting of nut bolts by gas cutter etc

Supply of MS Nut bolts of sizes and washer as required.

Scraping of sluice valve seat, tail piece, dismantling joint and making smooth face for alignment of new CIDF Non return valve of 600 mm dia 0

Installation and testing of new CIDF 600 mm dia NRV at work place. Fixing/installing of new NRV in the existing position. Reinstallation/alignment of 600 mm dia dismantling joint in the position as required .The work also includes making good all damage caused during installation as required and all sundry items which are useful and necessary for proper installation of new NRV and efficient working of NRV shall be deemed to have been included whether such items are specifically mentioned or not. Making all adequate safety measures. While executing the work or wherever necessary so as to avoid accident and avoid to damage of any electromechanical equipments. The work includes cartage, loading and unloading of material. The work also includes dewatering of water if any at the time of execution of work. The agency will make own arrangement of submersible Pump set and accessories for which no extra payment to be made.
