Planning , Designing and Construction of RCC Residential building for KLP ACCOMODATION AT SANGRUR including preparation of Detailed Engineering for development of Architectural, Construction and Structural Drawings etc, Structure analysis & design Planning, Designing & execution of services i.e Demolition of existing buildings, Topography survey, Soil Investigation , Site clearance and Site Development , internal water supply , Internal electrification work,Plumbing,Road, Path and Culverts, External Water supply ,External Electric Supply,Sewage disposal ,Area drainage ,Boundary wall Fencing and Gates ,Cooling Appliances,Lightening Protection ,Solar water heater supply,Hot water supply,Manufacture and supply of Furniture, Rain Water Harvesting and Arboriculture,Telephone connections,Mechanical Laundry,DG set,Stone set road,Credit Schedule complete as per approved drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including maintenance of B/R and E/M complaints during defect liability period complete . The work shall be executed as per detailed/technical specification mentioned in tender and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Besides, any other work/ services/utility, which is not included above but essential for the completion of the project,the same shall be deemed to be included in this item.Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor .Obtaining all statutory clearances and certifications are included in the scope of work

Note: For the purpose of arriving at Lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule (i.e Rs 1,51,43,900.00) shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
