Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out Posts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. embedded portion and making good disturbed ground. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement over a coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4. on concrete or brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (IWPC measured and paid separately) complete fine aggregate shall be natural river sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coats of cement based paint including a coat of primer with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type or any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm getting out soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, matching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc an simillar work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain Cement Concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 5.60mm (over all dia) PVC coated GI chain link fencing having 2.8mm dia GI wire and 1.4mm thick PVC coating and size of mesh 60mm X 60mm including line bar 8mm dia round 4 Nos full length of straights, rails strading bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS bolts, screw (machine made( with hexagonal or spare head one end and screwed the other, or screwed bolts ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squaremeter 5 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, including securing or tying at crossing etc complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of reoxide primer on steel surfaces including preparation of any description over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A,etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, Thickness of sheet in 1.60 mm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs/ tiles, floors, paths, aprons etc any description or thickness and S&F for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block in grey cement with pigments and of approved size and shape and conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over 50mm thk sand bedding layer laid to true line, level watered and mechanically compacted etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling chequered floor tiling including cement mortar bedding and M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors id over 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above Ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type E2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass Concrete complete all as specified and directed.
