Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in for lying of electric cable, pole foundation and stays etc and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exc.3.0 mtr, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick after cable are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundtion for pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair 'Tubes "light grade" galvanised iron, laid under roads/drain, fixed to poles, walls, with flat iron clamps bolts/nuts/washers of the following sizes of 50 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for junction box hot press moulded SMC of 295 x 195 x 100mm and outside dimention 32 with locking arrangements consisting of necessary suitable arrangements for incoming & out going cables with cable glands & having TPN Bus bar 100A amps capacity with necessary base insulator and including necessary flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Sintex Industries Ltd or equivelent make.

Dismantling and taking down any type of LT poles from any location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles in replacement complete with MS base plate of 6mm of size 300mm X300mm finial taper plug,pole cap,bolts,nuts and washers screws,pole made out of ERW MS tubing as per IS-1161 and pole shall be as per IS-2713 Part II type 410SP-31 (9.00 Mtrs Long) complete including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bitumenous paint for portion embedded in concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work ,PCC in foundation /plinth block/coping shall be measured and paid for separately

Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including a coat of red oxide primer one underand & one finishing coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnection of electric cable from pole and bringing it to ground for cutting of damaged part of cable and putting insulation tape and reconnecting the same on exising pole after taking out additional cable from loop of the cable after excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Load balancing of LT panel in all three phases of all outgoings complete all as specified and as directed under:- a) Taking of load of LT panel out going cables with the help of tong testing three times in a day to assess maximum unbalance of load. b) To disconnect the LT cables/ TC wires and reconnect the same as per the load of the MCCB to balance the circuit. c) Take the building wise load on the panel and make the load balance at bldg end.

Material and labour for cleaning of panel busbars and cable termination with the help of CRC spray, dismantling the cables from connections, lubrication of hinges of panels, welding of hinges if required and reconnecting the cables after cutting of damaged cable parts and relugging complete, tapping if required, cleaning the complete panel after disconnection from main supply and taking out of loop complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) Contractor will take proper shut down of panel from Power house before starting the work.

Trimming of tree branches which touches the LT/HT OH lines and 2.5 Mtr away from centre line of LT/HT oh lines span not exceeding 60 Mtr distance between poles by using neccessory T&P items and depositing the tree branches/leaves at 30 Mtrs away from the site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note -Any number of tree branches cut in one span will be measured as one lenght for payment ,

Restringing of existing LT overhead line including removing the existing binding wire and rebinding with new binding wire after tightning of overhead lines including disconnecting existing jumpher and connections and reconnecting after tightning of conductor incl replacement of all jumpers complete all as specified and as directed. Note - (a) Single wire run of conductor in LT lines shall be measured as one lenght for payment purpose. (b) ACSR conductor will be measured and paid separately.

Repairing of LT panel by means of replace the hinge and locking arrangement of the existing panel, tightening the cable with bus bar by means of suitable lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for spray painting to outdoor/Indoor type double door LT panels/Fedder pillar box incl angle iron stand by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning the surface thouroughly with scrapper of MS sheet and angle iron stand incl cleaning of cables, wiring and other non painted parts of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable voltmeter/ Ammeter with Panel mounted multi function three phase digital energy meter of accuracy Cl-1.0 for measuring Voltage, Current, KW, KVAR, KWH, KVAH and power factor and making the disturbed surface good by welding/riveting in MS sheet 1.6 mm thick on the hollow portion duly painted and replacement of wiring if required complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Schneider EM6400 with RS 485 Port or equivalent in Siemens/L&T.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable indicators any type with LED based indicating lamps of RYB colour incl making hole in existing panel complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand/ABB/Siemens

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box in replacement, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars 400Amps capacity for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and angle iron padastal frame 600mm high above ground level. M&L for painting of 9 Mtr Long steel tubular LT pole , vertical complete with cross arms with one coat of aluminium paint after cleaning and preparation of surfaces of poles, cross arms, painting 30 cm wide Yellow and black strip on poles up to 1.5 mtr high above coping level and numbering of size 70mmx40mm by using stencil to the pole with black synthetic enemal paint (1st grade ) complete all as directed.

Labour only for disconnection of off road existing security light fitting of any type by isolating jumper from OH line, terminal connection from junction box and removing carbonised/ defective part of the cable including replacement of unserviceable cable connection and reconnecting the same after making security light in ON road position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : New cable connection will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fix in replacement of Street light driver of 40 watts, 230 V, 50 HZ, suitable for operation over voltage range and by removing from existing position complete as per following make and model complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
