Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision for pilling work as foundation up to a depth of 3.0m including labour and material with all complete.

Provision for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Provision for steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level, Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Brick work with clay flays F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)30% serviceable brick departmentally.

Provision for 12mm with plastering 1:4 cement sand mortar mix with complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Provision for fabrication of fixing of M.S. Grill as per approved design including cost of labour and material with all complete

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture with all complete

Provision for Repairing of Old Grill at Exiting wall

Provision for installation of cast iron three seater benches with canopy shed at site.

Provision for pole mounted SS Dustbin at Site .

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
