Repairs/Replacement to Departmental Inspection Vehicle Support Vehicle (Bolero Camper) JK03L-7238 of Mechanical and Hospital Sub Division 1st Anantnag

Rear Carriage Bed Reinforcement: By way of providing and fixing M.S plate 3.00 mm thick by way of welding/bolting on the inner body of size 5x5x1.7 ft and border protection by way of fixing ISA 35 3mm thick L=50ft approx and ISA 40 3mm thick L= 14ft on the tail gate including the locking mechanism and hinges. a) M.S Plate 3mm = 130 kg approx. b) ISA 35 3mm = 24.38 kg approx. c) ISA 40 3mm = 7.74 kg approx.

P/F of universal cross by way of dismantling the drive shaft and then installing a new UJ cross compatible with Bolero 4x4

Re-Tensioning of leaf spring assembly (front and rear suspension system) by way of dismantling the whole leaf spring suspension and then retensioning of each leaf spring by way of cold hammering the leaf spring to required tension. Then assembling the whole leaf spring suspension assembly on the vehicle. The job also includes replacment of worn out suspension bush,centre bolts and balance rod bushes with greasing of suspension and propeller shaft etc. All the leads and lifts are in the scope of the executing firm.

Denting and Painting :- Denting and Painting of rear carriage section and tailgate of Bolero Camper rectifying the damaged body profile by way of denting, including aligning the whole body profile including the rear bumper and then sanding the rectified areas, applying automotive grade putty and wet sanding , then applying automotive primer two coats and paint (white) as per original body paint. All the leads and lifts are in the scope of the contractor.
