Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for false ceiling using GI snap grid system wuth roll-formed out of hot dip galvanised steel capping (powder coated), main runner 38 x 24mm, cross tea 29 x 24mm and wall angle 24x 24mm and thickness not less than 1mm, members suspended with Hangers 4mm dia. G.I.(upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, with 4mm thick designer ceiling board of any texture (Lake & hill, Oceanic,cascade or Electra) as approved by GE, all as per Everest ceiling grid system "Regular T-2430" or its equivalent make of "Ramco/charminar/Armstrong"

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins,columns, crane gantries, rails, stairs, and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed. (Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A)

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanling of floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed

S/F Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, Dark shade/double charged tiles, including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.10 here in before, but on vertical surfaces incl 10mm thick CM 1:3 as in baking coat of dado/skirting

M&L for Joint free Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles,area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm (Square/rectangular) 7 to 8mm thick, as in floor etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.12 here in before, but on vertical surfaces incl 10mm thick CM 1:3 as in baking coat of dado/skirting

M&L Non Skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floor etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick on verticle surfaces such as skirting,dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colourd cement to match. incl 10mm thick in CM 1:3 as backing coat for fixing dado tiles complete all as specified and as directed.
