M&L for preparation of old decorated or unplastered surface including all cornices of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

.-ditto- all as per item No. 1 above but two coats of white wash.

.-ditto- all as per item No. 1 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling.

M & L for applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall / ceiling including washing rubbing down and stopping distempered surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (White or tinted) on walls complete all as specified.

.-ditto- all as per ser item No 05 above but two coats of oil emulsion distemper.

M&L for 1.5mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall / ceiling all as specified.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm width of girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm width of girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for application of one coat of exterior emulsion paint colour as approved by GE, using ultra clean paint or Dulax ICI or Apex Ultima of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger Paints over the old decorated wall surfaces, edges of slab, roof/chajja projection ana column etc., after necessary preparation all as specified and as directed.
