B/R Portion

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. N.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of guage not exc 63mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 100mm thick Type B2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius , built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and mixing with Water Proofing Compound applied @ 3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of water proofing compound shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer.

M&L for finishing of walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint (Camouflage pattern) of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic tiles coloured 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles coloured in vertical surfaces 350x 250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 'light shade' coloured 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.11 above but as in skirting, dado, riser over 10mm thick screed bed as in backing course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick Type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles cast in rubber mould glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose double layer 25cm X 25cm X 22mm thick with mixure of white and grey cement slurry in floor including laying over 15mm thick bedding of CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm thick PVC Plain sheet (Make:- Rajshree Plastiwood or equivalent) ceiling up to a height 5.0m above floor level over angular iron framing (1.20m X 1.20m) fixed with self tapping screws. PVC sheet should be fixed at the bottom of the angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F toughened glass walling 10mm thick using aluminium anodized frame including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium anodized top hang sliding door shutters with frame, aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, 5.5mm thick glass sheet fixing with aluminium beading and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium anodized side hang openable door shutters with frame, aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, 5.5mm thick glass sheet fixing with aluminium beading and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F partition wall with pre-laminated particle board both side lamination walling 10mm thick aluminium anodized frame including joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber beading packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass as in partition wall using aluminium anodized frame including joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber beading packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F door closer aluminium (extruded section) body hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating Gl based currugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as directed having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ clading to wall , fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ploughing of ground and levelling surfaces, depth exc 30cm but n exc 45cm including picking up pebbles/ gravels/ broken stone including making surfaces even and uniform and removal of debris from the site to a distance of 50m and fresh earth (agriculture soil) free from stone particles, any impurities as approved including spreading leveling as per desired gradient and cultivating the soil by mixing adequate quantity of cow dung manure and fertilizer dressing the area, preparation of slope for proper drainage of water, fine leveling and plantation of lawn grass Australian/ Korean grass with all requirement from actual date of completion for grass, watering and look after from insects and animals etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two years maintenance of grass is to be provided by the contractor after completion of the work. Any defects/ damage occured by that period that should be rectified by the contractor at free of cost.

M&L for tree plantation by digging the hole of size 45cm in square/round and minimum depth 45cm in any type roof soil and refilling with extra/ sandy soil mixed with with manure of quantity 200gm to each hole complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge . The distance of each hole must be followed by the road norms or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Electric and overhead line must be taken in to consideration before designing the holes and variety of trees to be planted such as ficus Black, Bottle Palm, Ashoka, Large Stomia Ticoma Varigae complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two years maintenance of trees is to be provided by the contractor after completion of the work. Any defects/ damage occured by that period that should be rectified by the contractor at free of cost.

E/M Portion

External Water Supply S&F of GI Pipe, medium grade, 25 mm bore laid in trenches or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of brass ball valve (25 mm dia) (above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

External Electric Supply S&F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushoning and spreading and levelling in layers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover,Class LV,Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 415V, 35 KA, 4P, 40 Amp thermal magnetic based MCCB in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- Havells - Cat no. IHDA3BBF0040 or equivalent as specified in PS here in after.

Internal Electrification M&L for point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm, Single core FRLSH type, PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100V grade multistranded copper conductor drawn in and including 20mm dia, PVC non- metallic rigid conduit (medium grade), ISI marked including one run of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH type, PVC insulated, unsheated 1100 Volts grade multistranded copper conductor as earth wire connected to earth dolly and to be terminated to new sunken/pressed flush metal boxes covered with hylam sheet for mounting switch, sockets and light point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.07 here-in-before but for 15 Amp switch socket combination point independent with 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade including one 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper cable for earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2.07 here-in-before but for 5 Amp socket point, on independent board, complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F Single pole and neutral enlosure with earth plug and socket, P+N+E 10A with one double pole MCB 10A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F piano switch 1 way 6A, 250 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F piano switch socket outlet 5 A, 2/3 pin , 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with two runs of single core 4 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheated multistranded copper conductor cable LT 1100 Volt grade, drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit pipe of size 25 mm dia medium grade including earth continuity conductor using PVC insulated unsheated copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm(Nominal area) green in colour connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Two runs of cable one run of earth continuity copper conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length)

M&L for factory made sheet metal enclousure double door designed SPN 8 Way DB, fixed on wall complete with copper bus bar, neutral link, dinrail suitable for mounting MCB'S all complete all as specified and directed.
