Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Digital Ceramic tiles size 300x300mm, 7 to 8 mm thick , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid dark coloured Vitrified double charged tiles size 600mm x 600mm, 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and painted in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above but in skirting to walls including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of sized 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-22 mm thick (of size not less than 55 cm x 55 cm in flooring and 120 cm x 25 cm in treads laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including half round edge moulding, over and including cement screed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) base including rubbing and mirror polishing, and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick (of length not less than 55 cm in skirting and 120 cm in risers) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting and risers over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for granite slab work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed.
