Providing & insertion of water supply pipe M.S. pipe 8 mm thick (Fe 330 grade) fabricated as per IS 3589 of 1991, from steel conforming to IS 2062 including inner lining by cement concrete mortar which shall be prepared from aggregates/ sand and cement mixed in ratio 2:1 by wieght with minimum cement content of 450 kg/m3 having strength of 25 N/mm2 after 20 days complete as per IS: 1916 _ 1989 with latest revision, providing roller arragnement for smooth insertion & anchoring of pipe thorugh out the length with HDPE spacers at a distance of 2 m apart to avoid contract of casing pipe & carier pipe including cutting, jointing, radio graphically welding as per IS: Hydraulic testing complete in all respect For 216 mm o/d M.S pipe 8 mm thick carrier pipe (at Palwal Sohna Road)

Cleaning of surface of M.S. pipe (Casing pipe and carrier pipe) inner surface and outer by sand blasting at site to make the surface ready for P.U., coating/ high built epoxy paint/ polythene tap system complete in all respect.

Coating of outer & inner surface of casing pipe with P.U. coating to dry film thickness 1500 micron for protection against corrison complete in all respect as per approved NIT.

Coating of outer surface of water carrier pipe with PU coating 250 mm for protection agianst corrosion complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing H.D.P.E. spacer at distance of 2 meter apart to avoid contract of casing and carrier pipe to complete in all respect For 516 mm o/d M.S. Pipe 8 mm thick casing pipe
