Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, sapling and trees girth up to 300mm,removal of sumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned,up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness all labour, hire charges of all machineries,loading ,unloading, transportation etc., complete. By mechanical means using Dozer in area of light jungle, as directed by Engineer incharge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters including all labour, load, unload, usage charges of all machinary etc complete. By Mechinery Means using Hydralic excavator, as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, including lead of mixed material.(Compacted thickness).Laying Using mechanical paver, as directed by Engineer incharge

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead lift, loading & unloading etc., complete, including lead for emulsion, as directed by Engineer incharge..

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loadig and unloading etc.,complete, including lead for emulsion, as directed by Engineer incharge..

Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG -40 Grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth whelled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material. Excluding cost of primer/ tack coat 50 mm compacted thicknessas directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 30 mm compacted thickness, as directed by Engineer incharge.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation), as directed by Engineer incharge.

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectiorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes,including, barricading , traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegnmatter, demarcation at site, traffic control, cost of all materials all labour lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc. complete.(2.5mm thick), as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/ 33023/ 10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Project Display Board of size 1.80 x 1.60 M and 2.8 M from ground level. Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 vertical x 1.60 M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6 mm thickness) sheeting strenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35 x 35 x 5 mm iron frame work on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frame works, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and nuerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm, 2 NOs, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly desined foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level and the board 2.8 M from ground level as per approved drawing. (Excluding cost of lettering) including cost of all materials , all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting etc., complete.
