S&F factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated 35mm thick complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made pressed steel frames of size 105X60mm made out of PBI sheet 1.25mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, 4 Nos 100mm long hinge, lock strike plate etc. complete including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 02 nos 25X25X3mm angle iron projecting 10cm one either side including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one shop coat of red oxide chrome primer & including PCC 1:3:6 type C0 in back filling of chowkats & tarring back of chowkats and holdfasts all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing loose/dirt materials from the roof surfcaes and applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 lit/sqm, providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm, having softening point not less than 800 N/ Sq cm, tearing strength of 180N, with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15cm end laps, layinmg by application of torch and applying two coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed.
