Providing and fixing CP brass battery based sensor pillar tap having foam flow technology complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:- Cera Cat No. F6010102.
Providing and fixing Vking soap dispenser 500 ml with C.P. brass brackets fixed to wooden cleats/rawl plug with C.P. brass screwsb etc.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing 75x60mm size 2nd class teak wood hand rail as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing 50x50mm size hard wood moulding as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
