Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, with suitable size anchor fastner including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (TATA/JINDAL) (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L'hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum0.3% Ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.Thesheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 2mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.2" or 6") or step-down (2" or 3" or 6" ) as specified.
