Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²
Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²
Providing and fixing 20 cm wide 60 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²
Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
Credit for opening/unscrewing/cutting of MS Structural/Tublar Pipe Members i.e. MS Columns/Trusses/Purlins, GI Sheet Roofing, Tie and Base plate etc. By manual or by Mechanical Equipment "as is where is basis" including disposal of dismentaled material with all necessary precautions of labour/Traders in all para meters, the weith slip of each truck to be deposited with department of Shed No.1,2,3.
