Liasoning with Electricity Department, electrical inspector, preparing necessary documentation work like test certificates, test reports, layout diagram etc and payment of necessary supervision charges, service connection charges to Electricity department, taking readings of resistance values, eath loop values by using meggar, earth loop resistance meter, voltmeter and clampmeter and submitting data to GED for handing over of light poles as required as directed by the engineer incharge.
