Scarifying or picking existing gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface, area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100 mm (average 75mm) and segregating serviceable stone metal for re-using and removal of debris from site to a distance upto 50 metres spread & leveled as directed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Rolling and consolidation road formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick laid on edge with depth equal to width of the brick using sub class 'B' bricks laid dry on both sides of road berm including 25 mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for brick laid on edge with depth equal to width of the brick using sub class 'B' bricks laid dry on both sides of road berm including 25 mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to pot holes of any depth, area not exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc, cutting around edges to a regular shapes at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted average thickness) of WBM in two layers using granite, trap or basalt (75mm each layer compacted thickness) coarse aggregate (sand stone) of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) blinded with stone screening type ‘A’, spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller & consolidated to required camber & gradient, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

All as per item No-06 above, but except material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing WBM top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen any penetration (VG-10) at 10 kg per 10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

All as per item - 08 above, but on existing black top surfaces and tack coat (paving bitumen any penetration (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm average consolidated thickness using minimum 5.50% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration (VG-30) by weight of total mix (Design mix) laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness (Design Mix) using minimum 5.5 % binder content(paving bitumen (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings,road berms etc ,laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick,spread,levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Material and Labour for premix bituminous macadam (Design Mix), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less by binder content (paving bitumen (VG-30) of 4 % by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Providing and marking broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of description and width using hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads) and providing reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per square metre as per IRC-135,confirming to MOSRT&H, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100 % water proof design) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactureres instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair tubular delinator made out ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastometer 3 bands of green,red and yellow refelector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair speed breakers/bumps in black & yellow colour of size 425mm x 500mm and 75 mm thick of Model No - DA-1001 fixing with nails/screws on road complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Supply and fix convex mirror (with pole of adjustable height) of 800 mm with dia ABS body and fixed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of post/pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls of any description (road side kerb stones) over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of plastic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Demoletion/digging out of bricks (laid flat or on edge) in kerbs,aprons and road side edging etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In- Charge.
