Description of work

Installation

Supply & Installation of Forced Draft Ventilation of following CFM, having 80 mm wg static pressure, double skin floor mounted Forced Draft Ventilation (FDV) unit having 50 mm thick, synthetic nonwoven type, EU-4 box type pre-filters, efficiency 90% down to microns. Humidification section with 200 mm deep cellulose pad, stainless steel sump, single phase pump with layng of power supply cable from electrical panel to the pump, GI internal piping. Eliminator section with 2 bends PVC eliminator. Fan section with imported DIDW backward curved centrifugal fan (Kruger/Nicotra), drive set with V-belt & motor(Motor efficiency Class IE3) with gravity louver in G.I construction for twin blowers to avoid air short cycling. Concrete blocks and vibration pads required for installation of FDVs will be provided by the vendor free of cost.

Supply & Laying of Copper Armoured Cable. 3C x 10 Sqmm

SITC of 22 Gauge GI Sheet for modification of ducts

Dismantling of existing FDVs(02 Nos) with all accessories. Removal of scrap / dismantled units & reposition to nearby warehouse inside the factory as per direction of EIC.
