Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work etc, any section and any length including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dismantling of existing galvanised iron steel barbed wire/ chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismalting chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with fy ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm grade aggregate) in Copings complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels or drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stays & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete, sub base finished the surface evan and rough including use and waste of formwork complete all as as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished chequered tiles (any colour) of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with gray cement & pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75 mm thick, as in floor and finished even and smooth using extra cement laid in alternate bay (panel 1m x 1m) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including drilling bolting or riveting etc. wind tie for roof including cutting topes to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron (for securing wire mesh) conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape as in tie bar fixed to chain link fencing including necessary welding where required as per site requirement & other similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any mesh, size and type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii)The payment shall be made to the contractor for actual weight ascertain by the BOO as odered by GE.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F MS screw bolt 05 to 10mm dia, length of bolt not exceeding 50mm long machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends, each screwed end fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound on fair face of brick or concrete surface,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.
