| 1.01Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or better, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations, core shall be purchased directly from manufacturer of core or from their accredited marketing network and not through any agent. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials in respect of the manufacturer of core and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS/IEC 60076 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site including having following characteristics complete all as specified and directed. | 1.03Notes: (I) Quoted rates shall include the cost of tansformer, Baffel wall between the exsiting transformer and new provisined transformer, RCC Foundation designed as per the OEM recommendation based on the Soil Conditions of the Delhi Cantt Shankar Vihar Yard. (II) Quoted rates shall include the cost of necessary power / control cables for operation of OLTC, PRV limit switches , WTI, OTI, Bucholz Relay from RTCC panel in side substation building to transformer. (iii) Transformer shall be brought at site only after approval of GTP drawings and only after completion of installation of 33KV GIS Panels and Laying of 33KV cables i.e after completion of 70% of the work at site to avoid ideal laying / ingress of moisture / corrossion to transformer at Site which detoriates the life / warrenty and service of the transformer. (iv) The OEM should have in house NABL accredited lab for testing. (v) Core shall be CRGO core grade, should be M-OH/ZDKH/TCH only and procurement Mill's Test Certificate shall be provided to GE. (vi) Quoted rates shall include the cost of IED microporcessor based differential relay for transformer protection alongwith control wiring to be installed in exiting control and relay panel of Shankar Vihar yard. | 2.02(v) Main, Numerical, Drawout Protection Relay (Line Differential) with large LCD displaying mimic bay for ON/OFF control and monitoring of feeder parameters listed below and built in disturbance recorder cycle. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder status incl. Breaker On, Off, Spring Charged, Disconnector On, Off, Earth, Line-Current/Line-Voltage, Trip Circuit Healthy, Gas-Pressure Low in Breaker Chamber, Gas-Pressure Low in Busbar Chamber, AC Supply Fail, Local-Remote switch The relay shall have built-in back-lit LCD screen to show Single-Line-Diagram and other relevant parameters. The Relay shall have complete bay control features incl. Large LCD display for displaying Feeder SLD (position indication), integrated ON/OFF control function, three phase current measurement, disturbance recorder, event log and fault record with non-volatile memory, self-supervision. The relay shall have sufficient binary inputs and outputs to receive and issue external commands as listed separately. However more DI & DO may be provided in order to fulfill the scheme requirement for SCADA compatibilty.
