Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG ,XLPE insulated, heavy duty, 1100V grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core electric cable with aluminium conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured eith galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed,laid in trench or passing through pipe, making all connection with and including provision of necessary glands,lugs, bushing etc as required including taking down old unservicable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge of following size:- Note: Earthwork excavation sand cushioning, Jodhpur stone patti, GI protcetion pipe shall be measured and paid separately in their respective items.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for tibba sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm ) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

M&L for laying 40 to 50 mm thick roughly hammer dressed jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25 cm to 30 cm wide and not exc 60 cm long each laid dry abuting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent patti/ slabs not exc 10 mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, transportation fixing and errection of Steel Tubular Swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper pulg, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meters long) and including making alternate white and black strips 30cm height (Total 05 Nos) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) in foundation of pole/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair of Surge protection device 10 KV Suitable for LED Street lights capacity 30 Watt to 90 Watt sle, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Contractor has to arrange telescopic boom lift for maintenance at height of 15m at his own cost. No extra payment will be paid by department.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT Feeder pillar/Panel board cubical type outdoor conforming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993 ,factory fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accommodate all acceessories / fitting , compartmentalized in construction to accomodate incoming and outgoing, MCCB, MCB and TPN Aluminium Bus bar of rating not less 1.5 times the rated capacity of incomer MCCB/ACB and outdoor feeder. The TPN bud bar shall insulated with color coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/ Epoxy insulators of suitable size through out the length of TPN bus bar. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension link of current carrying cap not lass than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individul feeders. The extension link shall be supported on DMC /Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables .

ITEM NO. 47.00 CONTD... All extension links / interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour code sleeves. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 50x50X5 mm and and 45 cm height above the ground level duly fixed with PCC . a detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at a bottom for enrty of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The above panel shall be front and back openable /lockable by the key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural floe of air. Taking down existing High Mast light fitting complete light with bracket ring along with their control gear with the help of winch at repairable height and taking up at its original height after repair and renewal of unserviceable material complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Item/materials required i.e.driver ballast, igniter, bipin holder, lamp, chock, etc required for measured and paid separately under relevant items under supply only. Note : (a) Contractor has to arrange his own vehicles along with mounted hydraulic ladder/articulated & telescopic boom lift arrangement for attending the complaint throughout jaisalmer cantt area. (b) Contractor shall depute minimum 2 staff daily to attend and rectify the complaint. if not, Contractor shall have to bear a penalty of Rs 50.00 per complaint or maximum of Rs 500 per day on this account (c) Complaints has to attend and rectify the complaint/defect irrespective of no of trips/Complaints as alloted by Eng-in-Charge.(d) Complaint should be attend in Night also.
