Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing & leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at place away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling Foundation & Plinth manually with excavated earth including all labours, watering etc., required for the work including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes for finished item of works including cess and and direction of the Engineer-in-charges.

Filling in foundation and plinth with fine course sand free from organic and materials, well watered and rammed including all cost conveyance, royality taxes and all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9 thick to the required level including cost conveyance and royality of all materials with all taxes and compacting watering curing and all labour with T and P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry using approved grade cement , screened and washed sharp sand for mortar including lowering, laying and compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm.thick, watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour including cess and sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Ground Floor)

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections, chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc, complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and labour with T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Superstruture using Fly Ash brick of 25cm X 12cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all taxes & royalties with all T&P & cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. RCC work M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 20 N. / Square mm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned (20 mm. size chips not to exceed 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved grade cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centring and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as per direction of the Engineer in charge Plinth beam/Column base/Column upto plinth
