Providing &fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/ structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirements of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S.Tubes, M.S. Tubes challis, M.S. champs and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing a thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the work men etc, complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note – 1. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. 2. The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Preparation/Cleaning of concrete surface for strengthning of structure including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge. Vertical Wall, Cone Wall, Bottom Dome.

Epoxy Injection : Drilling and fixing NRV Nozzle at 30 cm c/c in RCC including drilling hole. Drilling 14mm dia T/2 mm deep holes in structure membrane at the interval of T/2 mm C/C in stagerred manner as per method statement. Cleaning hole by air blower pride to fixing of nozzle after grouting of epoxy based products cut the nozzle by cut of wheel and repair the same with epoxy mortar and sealing of cracks/porous Concrete with epoxy grout Don Grout M compressive strength more than 100 MPa, Tensile Strength more than 100 MPa, flexible strength 100 MPa rate including material nozzle , drilling injecting machine , Labor etc. Fixing NRV Nozzle at 30 cm c/c each Nozzle approximate epoxy inject 0.25 kg.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material 50mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Mild steel or iron work in plane work such as in RCC work rought ot the required shape as necessary including bending for the completion of work and including supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc. Complete

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

Providing & laying MC/MAX MICRO CONCRETE/WARRIOR- W11/MICRO BOND- EPS Conforming to B:S 4551-80 & ASTM-C-827-87 polymer modified non-shrinkage micro concrete thick for repair of spalled/damaged reinforced concrete elements like beams, columns, wall, slabs and also for jacketing of RCC columns to increase its load bearing capacity as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Rate including material, labour, tools, curing but excluding scaffolding etc.

Providing & laying waterproofing treatment on over head tank in inner side by applying cement slurry mixed with MML (Methyl Methacrylic Latex based waterproofing compound) a) Undulation/pit on the surface will be repaired by adding cement sand (1:4) and adding 1 Litre Concrete SBR in one bag of cement b) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with waterproofing cement compound @0.253 Kg/sqm. c) third layer of 1.5mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @1.289 Kg/sqm mixed with waterproofing cement compound @0.670 kg/sqm. and coarse sand @1.289 kg/sqm.

Providing and applying epoxy paint of approved make (Shalimar, Ciba or Mahindra & Mahindra) to concrete surface for RCC ESR or GSR or any other structure including cleaning the surface by scrapping and air blowers to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, necessary scaffolding, etc. complete with all leads and lifts and giving satisfactory hydraulic test for water tightness as per I.S. codes.

Painting of outer surface of OHT withThree coats of High Quality Weather Proof Paint (Apex) as per direction of engineer incharge for proper completion of work.
