Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr II(63 mm to 45 mm ) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust , watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC

Providing & laying 37.5mm & 75mm thick built up spray grouting for one layers 37.5mm thick using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm & 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR after scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm including Supply of all material , labour , T&P, hire and running charge of Equipments , taxes ,tollage etc all complete but excluding GST. as ditrected by EIC.

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIGAC Steel of Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending,binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including supply of steel, labour,materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient).

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of (JCB) or equivalent excavator excavating the earthen drains for smooth running of accumulated rain waters by side of both sides of road and over burden materials, debrises at the site to disposal area along with engagement of required machinery, operator, driver, helper and labour etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding GST).

Engagement of Tractor for shifting of over burden materials, debrises from one place to other for dewatering purposes, etc. with fuel, engagement hire & running charges, cost of operator, etc. all completes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding GST)

Priming one coat with approved exterior primer to the plaster surface of the exterior Wall of approved make & shade to make an even finished surface in all heights with all scaffolding and staging including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of following items with supply of all labour, loading and unloading, transportation stacking at departmental store and used at the site etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. ( excluding cost of GST).

12 MM thick Cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corners wherever found necessary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes,tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus,Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, as and when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification) Excluding GST.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates 25-10 mm @40%,10-5 mm @40%, 5mm @20% of total volume of chips adding premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 bitumen of 3.3% of total volume, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled by VRR to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC

Cleaning the existing black topped/Concrete work surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bitumin tack coat with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.
