Excavation post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil returnig filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for for shafts, wells, foundation etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removal of excavated material from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, fillings, mass concrete, footings etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F Mild Steel work as in Tubular Trusses, Posts etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel roof trusses ,Post (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.( Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Plates( Plain or chequred) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes without any attchement ( Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 0.50mm thick pre - painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Aluminium wind ties for roof including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting fixed with GI self tapping screws as specified for roof sheeting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR ) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls and laid in floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry using PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, Type C1 solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete or block masonry surfaces including mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule as supply only

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate thick as in subbase of flooring.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 50mm thick layer of crushed sand under paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality matt finish exterior antifungal paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
